The SDARM Western North American Union delegation session was heldin Sacramento on Sunday, November 3, 2013. The delegation session wasconducted by Liviu Tudoroiu, the Regional Secretary for North America.Special guests included Rudolfo Gessner, the General Conference Treasurer,Adrian Finaru, the General Conference Missionary Director, and HennadiyMelnichuk of Reformation Herald Publishing Association.

There were 26 delegates representing the work across the territory, which

covers the US states from the Pacific Ocean to Mississippi River. TheWNAU is composed of 5 units: Central Mission "4 delegates#, DesertMission "2 delegates#, Northwest Field "12 delegates#, Pacific Mission "4delegates#, and Southwest Field "4 delegates#.

they are prepared, but here are some thehighlights:

The mission plans include a union$wide mediaconsolidation instead of the current policy whichsees each Field and Mission operating separatemedia ministries. This will allow for more media

work as we pool our resources. 2014 was designatedthe year of evangelism and a large$scaledistribution plan for the book Thoughts From the

Mount of Blessingwas approved. A plan was alsoapproved to increase the number of literatureevangelists by 10(.

The largestchange in the financial administration is that the transfer creditsystem will no longer be allowed. All expenses must be reporteddirectly to the authorizing body which will pay those expensesdirectly. Treasurers are authorized to pay only expenses authorized by

their Unit. This will increase oversight of finances and decrease theworkload of local and unit treasurers.Bylaws changes primarily included penalties for units that fail to

report financial and statistical information on time. In addition, theexecutive o'cers of the WNAU may not serve in any paid capacityoutside of the WNAU "such as working for the General Conference#,and if they accept such position will lose their executive positionwithin the WNAU.

The new o'cers of the WNAU as elected include the following:

    President: Jorai CruzVice$President: Jose Senior

Secretary: Roberto DuarteTreasurer: Justin RiskoEducation Director: Michael Torpey
