Prestigious Golf Event in Marbella

� A consolidated event that celebrates its 9th edition this year.

� It has become one of the most renowned and relevant golf events on the Costa del Sol.

� Circa 200 international players participate each year.

� Celebrated on one of the best golf courses of Marbella, Aloha Golf Club, which has over 1.500 members.

� Players receive a complimentary snack at the halfway point. Teamphotographs are offered to all players.

� Over 10.000 € worth in prizes:

� 5 first prizes for gentlemen + 5 first prizes for ladies

� 1 prize on every hole

� Charity raffle at the halfway point

� Welcome pack for each player

� We count on the special support of the famous golf player Miguel Angel Jimenez who each year invites another player, to support the tournament with him.

PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY

� At sundown, local celebrities and main sponsors present the prizes to the winners during a cocktail at the Club House.

CHARITY GALA DINNER

� Circa 200 guests participate every year.

� Delicious dinner served under the stars at the Club’s terrace.

� Charity Golf Memorabilia Auction with items donated and signed by professional golf players like Sergio García.

Distributed at golf clubs, hotels, restaurants, tourist information offices, golf shops, boutiques, Marina Banus Shopping Centre, and mail boxes in Nueva Andalucía.

Distributed previously at golf clubs, sponsors businesses (boutiques, restaurants, hotels ..) and at the Marina Banus Shopping Centre. And on the day of the event to all players and assistants.

Official presentation and press release to announce the event. Media coverage during the event.

On & off line to over 2.000 contacts of the golf club and the charity.

Communication Campaign

� DEBRA Spain, is dedicated to people, mostly children, affected by Epidermolysis bullosa (EB). EB or Butterfly Skin condition is a genetic non-curable disorder that produces an extremely delicate skinthat needs care and bandaging every single day.

� Everyone talks about crisis nowadays. However, our butterfly children and their families suffer difficult times and personal crisis everyday. Therefore we cannot stop working for them on projects which are essential to their well-being.

During the day and the evening there are many occasions when participants can win fantastic prizes.

You can donate items for the following:

�Welcome Pack. Handed out to all players. It can contain golf balls, caps, t-shirts…

� Prizes for winners. Handed out to the main winners of the tournaments (5 ladies + 5 men) together with the trophies.

� Prizes for holes. Players can also win a prize on each of the holes. This is unique to our tournament.

� Halfway raffle at “El Chiringuito”. Players receive a complimentary lunch and can participate in a charity raffle.

� Evening raffle and auction.

Donation of Prizes and Presents

� Companies can support the event by inviting their clients, employees, etc., to play at the tournament and/or attend the dinner.

� Green fee 65€ pp

� Dinner 60€ pp.

Corporate Groups

• DEBRA Spain, as a certified non profit organisation designated as a PUBLIC INTEREST charity by the Spanish Ministry for Internal Affairs, is entitled to raise receipts for both monetary and non-monetary donations, for tax deduction purposes.

• In Spain, companies can deduct up to 10% of their donations from their final benefit tax (impuesto de sociedades).
