INFORMATION

FCAI International Child Art Competition - 2019 Children across the nation are cordially invited to participate in the 1st ever online Child Art Competition organized by Child Art Foundation of Italy. With a fierce dedication in promoting childrens creativity on an international level, FCAI has collaborated with its accredited body Thoughts to Art Center in Sri Lanka to give this opportunity to many children island wide. Young artists within four age groups can take part the international art competition with art works in water colors, pastels, pencils, acrylic, crayons or paper cuttings, oil paints, charcoal, colour pencil, etc. on any type of paper or canvas sheet within the dimensions of an A3 and A2. Participants are given the liberty to create art works under any theme.

Last date to submit applications is January 25th 2019 is now

extended till 8th February 2019 for schools. Eligibility: All Sri Lankan children between ages 3- 18 years. Group A- 3-6 years (Primary) - A3 Size (297mmx420mm) Group B- 7-9 years (Junior) - A3 Size (297mmx420mm) Group C- 10-13 years (Intermediate) - A2 Size (420mmx594mm) Group D- 14-18 years (Senior) - A2 Size (420mmx420mm)

Rewards: o 10 prices will be given to the best creative works with gifts, scholarships, Supreme Gold

medals and the opportunity to visit FCAI in Milan, Italy o 50 will be given to 1st position bagger with gifts and Gold medals o 100 prices will be given to 2nd position bagger with gifts and Silver medals o 150 prices will be given to 3rd position bagger with gifts and Bronze Medals o 20 scholarships to study in Thoughts to Art o Membership of FCAI for 100 selected participants o 1000 consolation prices o Certificate of appreciation to every participating candidate
