怎麼看房子• 找人陪你看• 盡量早晚都看• 測量 照相 作筆記 畫圖 • 確定哪些家具會留下來• 如果房子比較老 敲敲牆 看隔音 找顆球 側地平• 老鼠 ? 昆蟲 ? 噪音 ? 附近有沒有 bar, club?

Super? 電梯 ? 逃生梯 ? Laundry room? 門房 ? Buzzer?

租屋注意事項 :• credit check, reference, social security number

• Safety deposit ( 要 receipt) 一兩個月 • 要簽 Contract/ 或擬 Roommate Agreements

• 違約的時候怎麼辦 ? 提早搬離扣訂金 ?

• 各自 copy 一份 , 最好也交換 copy of an ID

• 如果是 sublet別人家要確定他帳單付了 預付 etc

• 與室友約法三章 drug pot overnight guest? Cleaning public area?
