On 12 June 2014 Emilio Martín Sánchez, the Teniente Alcalde of Torre del Mar, was delighted to open

Axarquia Animal Rescue’s (AAR) new Charity Shop at Avenida de Andalucia 147, Torre del Mar 29740. It is situated on the same side as Pretty Home, heading towards Almayate.�Many people came out to investigate the gorgeous clothes, lovely bric a brac, household items, books and even a children’s corner!�The charity was founded in August 2011. Since that time they have rehomed over 900 animals. They are a small group of volunteers, dedicated to taking care of and re-homing abused and abandoned animals in the Axarquia area.�Make sure you visit this fabulous little shop on your next shopping trip! It is open Monday to Saturday 10am – 2pm. If you would like to foster, donate, volunteer or adopt then email [email protected].�Axarquia Animal Rescue – the little site with a big heart.

Desde entonces han encontrado hogares para cerca de 900 animales. Son un pequeño grupo de voluntarios dedicados a cuidar y buscar hogares para los animales maltratados y abandonados en la comarca de La Axarquia.Ven a visitar esta estupenda tienda la próxima vez que salgas de compras.
