太空館及展覽廳將關閉更新展品

香港太空館將於十月五日起關閉館內兩個展覽廳，

以便進行翻新工程及更換展品，預計於二○一六年

年底以全新面貌開放給市民參觀。

受工程影響，太空館全館包括何鴻燊天象廳及演講

廳，亦將於本年十一月一日至明年三月一日關閉。

本館為工程期間帶來的不便，深表歉意。

Temporary Closure of the Museum and Exhibition Halls for Exhibit Renewal Project

Two exhibition halls in Hong Kong Space Museum will be closed from 5 October for renovation work and replacement of exhibits, and are expected to re-open with a brand-new face at the end of 2016.

The renovation work will also affect the rest of the museum, including the Stanley Ho Space Theatre and the Lecture Hall, leading to its complete closure from 1 November, 2015 to 1 March, 2016.

日食傳奇

天文愛好者之間有一種說法，認為日全食是一生人至少要觀賞一次的天象。的確，月球投下

巨大的影子橫掃大地，令白晝轉眼變成黑夜，再加上像黑色圓盤般的「太陽」與星星同現天

際，這奇景真的教人印象難忘。環顧整個太陽系，惟有地球和月球這對組合，才能產生近乎

完美的日全食奇觀。

原來每隔 18 年零 11 天左右，便會發生一次性質幾乎相同的日食，恍如重播一樣。古時的天

文學家孜孜不倦地紀錄日食，終於在這些令人驚懼的現象中找到規律，解開謎團，由此更推

動了曆法及科學的發展。

雖然地球上每年皆會出現日食和月食的現象，但親身觀賞過日食的人並不很多，更遑論經歷

過日全食的震撼場面，能夠一睹日全食有時還要靠點運氣。

天象節目《日食傳奇》將利用先進的球幕投影技術，模擬日全食的壯觀過程，並讓觀眾

了解日食的成因，以及日食在人類歷史上產生的影響。當你了解這個天象的奧秘

後，你在觀測日食方面可更得心應手。

The Stories of Solar Eclipse

There is a saying among astronomy lovers that a total solar eclipse is an event to experience at least once in a lifetime. The giant shadow cast by the Moon sweeps across the continent, turning the bright sky into darkness. The black ‘Sun’ appears against the backdrop of stars. The scene is truly amazing and unforgettable. In the entire solar system, only the unique combination of the Earth and the Moon can produce an almost perfect total solar eclipse.

It is found that nearly identical solar eclipses happen after about 18 years and 11 days, just like a replay. By painstakingly recording solar eclipses, ancient astronomers finally discovered a pattern of this frightening phenomenon and solved the celestial puzzle. It has also fostered the development of calendar systems and science.

Although solar and lunar eclipses occur somewhere on Earth every year, only a small portion of the population has witnessed a solar eclipse, let alone experienced the thrill of a total one. To be able to

see a total eclipse is sometimes a matter of luck.

The Sky Show “The Stories of Solar Eclipse” will simulate the spectacular stages of a total solar eclipse by using the advanced dome projection system. The

audience will understand the cause of a solar eclipse and its influence on human history. After knowing the wonder of this celestial alignment, you

can be a better eclipse chaser.

進化島奇觀

在一望無際的太平洋上，隱藏著一個世外桃源─加拉帕戈斯群島。數以百萬年來，在這些的

偏遠火山島上，生命在幾乎與世隔絕的情況下繁衍，因而令這裏成為世上獨一無二的進化大

觀園。島上的奇花異卉，珍禽異獸，皆適應了這裏的獨特環境。

你可以在島上找到重達半公噸的巨龜、能從鼻孔噴出海水鹽分的海鬣蜥，還有會跳舞的熱帶

信天翁和長著艷麗雙腿的捕魚能手─藍腳鰹鳥。此外，這裏也有能在海中翱翔的弱翅鸕鶿和

從數千公里外移居而來的小企鵝。

這群島一帶正是信風和洋流交滙之處。寒冷而又充滿養分的深海洋流，在此造就了奇特且生

命豐富的海洋環境。小至微細的浮游生物，大至加拉帕戈斯鯊魚，皆在這裏繁衍生息。

Galapagos: Nature’s Wonderland

In the vastness of the Pacific Ocean, there is a paradise unlike any other: the Galapagos archipelago. Amongst these fascinating and remote volcanic islands, life has played out over millions of years in relative isolation. The result is a wonderland of nature, with a remarkable collection of plants and charismatic animals that have all adapted to this unique environment.

Meet giant half-ton tortoises and marine iguanas that spit sea-salt from their noses. Dance with tropical albatrosses and hunt fishes with the colourful blue-footed boobies. Dive into the ocean with flightless cormorants and swim with tiny penguins thousands of miles away from their natural habitats.

從火箭到國際太空站，太空科技在過去數十年的發展可說是一日千里，我們對宇宙的認識更

進入前所未有的新境地。乍看之下，太空探索好像和日常生活毫不相干，但其實從中發展出

來的科技，早已在不知不覺間深入生活的各方面。從導航定位到預測天氣固然要利用圍繞地

球運行的各種人造衛星，但你知否無線吸塵機、減震頭盔及滅火筒等常見物品，以至心臟起

搏器中所用的電池及治療冠心病的激光設備，都是太空探索的副產品 ?

《天外科技 3D》是全球首齣以每秒 60 幅畫格製作的非短片類立體球幕電影。觀眾將由地球

出發到太空探索，見證太空科技的急速發展，再回到地球尋找這些科技的蹤跡。原來從前科

幻小說中描述的「太空生活」，早已在我們之中悄悄展開。

To Space and Back 3D

From constructing rockets to building the International Space Station, there have been great strides in the development of space technology in the past few decades and our understanding of the universe has entered a new era. At first glance, space exploration seems to have nothing to do with our daily life. But in fact, space technology has already entered into every aspect of our life. From GPS to weather forecast, we need to utilize all kinds of artificial satellites which orbit the Earth. But do you know that items that are commonly seen such as cordless vacuum cleaners, shock-absorbing helmets and fire extinguishers as well as the battery used in pacemakers and laser equipment for curing coronary heart diseases are all spin-offs of space exploration?

”To Space and Back 3D” is the world’s first 3D Dome Show (non-short film category) produced in 60 frames per second. The audience will leave the Earth for space exploration, witness the rapid development of space technology and return to the Earth to look for traces of the technology. “Life in space” as depicted in science fictions has already begun on the Earth without our noticing it.

同國家的團隊競爭谷歌月球 X 大獎 (Google Lunar XPRIZE) 的故事。每個團隊必須成功將機

械著陸器降落在月球上，於月球表面行走 500 米，並發送影片，相片和數據返回地球。這個

全球競賽的目的是激發人們的想像力，讓太空探索不只限於國家政府，而是各地民眾也可參與

其中。

影片帶領觀眾踏上一次成功發射，在月球表面降落和遊走，並最後以出色的畫面展現未來月球

殖民的構想。

School Show “Back to the Moon for Good” highlights the history of lunar exploration and

provides an insider’s look at the teams vying for the Google Lunar XPRIZE. Each participating

team must land a robotic device on the Moon, navigate it 500 meters over the lunar surface,

and send video, images and data back to Earth. This global competition is designed to spark

imagination and inspire a renewed commitment to space exploration, not by governments or

countries – but by the citizens of the world.

The audience is taken on a successful launch, landing and tour of the lunar surface. The show

ends with an enticing visualisation of a future settlement on the moon.

誤解。

在節目中，觀眾會得知為什麼有日出、日落，認識太陽能量的來源，以及會細察月球軌道、

環形山、月相、日食及月食。此外，節目亦會探索過去和未來的探月之旅。

紙板太空船的秘密Secret of the Cardboard Rocket

在學校節目《紙板太空船的秘密》中，觀眾將與兩位小朋友和一本會說話的天文書，乘坐紙

板太空船勇闖太陽系，經歷一段奇幻之旅。

他們的旅程包括探訪太陽、八大行星和冥王星，於金星、火星和冥王星降落，飛越木星的大

紅斑，以及近距離觀察太陽和其他行星。





The audiences of the School Show “Secret of the Cardboard Rocket” will join two children and a talking astronomy book on a magical journey by travelling on a cardboard rocket throughout the Solar System.

During the tour, they will visit the Sun, the eight planets and Pluto; land on Venus, Mars and Pluto; fly through the Great Red Spot on Jupiter; and view the Sun and other planets from vantage points.

展覽廳全面更新

香港太空館於一九八○年啟用，服務

市民超過三十年，兩個展覽廳曾於

一九九一年翻新，其後亦作出小規模更

新。為了讓市民可以透過更新穎更有趣

的展品，學習天文及太空科學知識，並

享受當中的樂趣，香港太空館將於十月

五日起關閉館內兩個展覽廳，以便全面

更換展品及進行翻新工程，預計於二○

一六年年底以全新面貌開放給市民參

觀。受工程影響，太空館全館包括何鴻

燊天象廳及演講廳，亦將於本年十一月

一日至明年三月一日關閉。

將重新裝修的展廳為「太空科學展覽

廳」和「天文展覽廳」，合共一千六百

平方米，所有現存的展品將會更換，並

安裝約一百套新設計的展品，當中約七

成屬互動展品，為觀眾帶來模擬穿越時

空的新體驗。

新展廳將分別改名為「宇宙展覽廳」和

「太空探索展覽廳」，並將翻新成一個

嶄新的模擬環境，利用有趣的互動展品

和先進的儀器，配合燈光效果和環境裝

飾，介紹宇宙的演化、太陽系和太空探

索等天文及太空科技知識。

展廳關閉期間，太空館將於大堂舉辦短

期展覽及趣味天文示範等活動，並會繼

續舉辦外展教育和觀星等活動。希望展

廳更新後，以更吸引的全新面貌再與大

家見面。

Renovation of Exhibition HallsHong Kong Space Museum was opened in 1980 and has since been providing service for more than 30 years. Its two permanent exhibition halls were renovated once in 1991 and have been updated in small scale since then. To enable the visitors to learn about astronomy and space science and enjoy the fun with new and interesting exhibits, the two exhibition halls in the Hong Kong Space Museum will be closed from 5 October for renovation work and the replacement of exhibits, and are expected to re-open at the end of 2016. The renovation work will also affect the rest of the museum, including the Stanley Ho Space Theatre and the Lecture Hall, leading to its complete closure from 1 November, 2015 to 1 March, 2016.

The exhibition halls to be renovated are the Hall of Space Science and the Hall of Astronomy, with a total area of 1,600 square metres. All existing exhibits will be dismantled and replaced by about 100 sets of new exhibits, of which about 70 per cent will be interactive, to offer visitors a simulated experience of travelling through space and time.

Offering a new and more immersive environment, the new exhibition halls will be renamed as the Hall of the Cosmos and the Hall of Space Exploration. With interesting and interactive exhibits and advanced equipment, as well as new lighting and environmental decorations, the halls wil l introduce visitors to astronomy and space technology including the evolution of the universe, the solar system and space exploration.

During the closure of the exhibition halls, temporary exhibitions and fun astronomy demonstrations will be organised in the museum foyer. Other outreach programmes including stargazing and astronomical observation activities will also be held. We look forward to presenting an attractive brand new face to you after the exhibit renovation.

「中學生天文訓練計劃」由香港太空館、香港中文大學物理系及香港天文學會合辦，目的是

讓本地中學生有機會接受較全面的天文學訓練，培養其對天文及自然科學的興趣。另一方

面，我們亦希望參與計劃的同學能將所學回饋所屬學校，在校內協助推廣天文活動，讓更多

同學能夠領略箇中樂趣。

為達到上述目的，計劃內容同時兼顧理論及實踐兩方面，務求讓同學不單獲得天文學上的知

識及訓練，並且培養出獨立處理問題及組織活動的能力。課程涵蓋了基本天文、物理及宇宙

學，例如各種天球運動、相對論、黑洞研究、恆星的演化過程、宇宙的誕生等科學理論。

而在實用天文方面，則包括教授觀測技巧、組裝及使用天文望遠鏡、觀星實習、天文攝影入

門等。

計劃對象為中四及中五的香港全日制學生，每年的名額有六十個，費用全免。獲取錄的學員

會被安排到香港中文大學接受物理系講師的理論教授以及到本館參與由資深香港天文學會成

員負責的天文工作坊。學員需要滿足一定的出席率及於肄業觀測營內通過筆試和望遠鏡組裝

考核，方可取得畢業證書，除此以外，更可獲得由香港中文大學理學院頒發「資優計劃」的

兩個學分。

參加了這次的訓練計劃令我對天文產生了更大

的熱誠和興趣。在中文大學的課程方面，我們

的老師是來自中文大學物理系，擁有深厚天文

知識的梁博士，所以教的內容十分充足及詳

細。在望遠鏡教學方面，各位老師所教的望遠

鏡組裝和觀星技巧都能令每位同學牢牢記著以

及能夠學以致用。

這計劃是一個讓喜歡天文的中學生交流與學習

的課程，我個人最喜歡中國古天文的環節。除

此之外，我更認識了一群喜歡觀星的好朋友，

有擅長攝影的、有擅長理論的、有擅長觀測

回望當初校內的考試完結後，我就馬不停

蹄地準備首輪甄選，那時把圖書館有關天

文的書藉都看得七七八八，起居作息有空

閒時都複習書中內容。終於「皇天不負有

心人」，能夠進入第二輪甄選，最後更有

幸成為最後三十位少年太空人的一份子。

第一站是中國航天員中心，在這裡我們有

機會參觀航天員的各種訓練場所和嘗試當

中的訓練。令我印像最深刻的是模擬太空

失重環境的腳踏車，天真的我一開始竟然

認為這個訓練十分簡單，誰不知在躺著及

頭稍微往後仰的情況下踩單車，血液都往

腦充，不但呼吸困難，腿部也因為沒有重

力的幫助，所以踩單車份外吃力，不久就

開始頭昏腦脹，又暈又想嘔吐。只是太空

人最簡單的幾個訓練，但我已經無法駕

馭，無法想像真正的航天員是如何通過如

此地獄式的訓練，令我佩服不已。

剛到北京的中國航天員中心時，我們要親

手製作出一個火箭模型，而當中涉及的科

學原理則正如真正的火箭一樣。因此，要

順利製作出可成功發射的模型，一定的科

學知識自然是必不可少，但更重要的就是

團隊合作。缺乏經驗的我們，一開始便手

足無措，製作進度比其他組別落後一大

截。幸而我們馬上意識到問題所在，並立

即作出改善，由不同的組員負責組裝不同

部分的零件，頓時令組裝速度加快，配以

充分的溝通和相互間的鼓勵，最後我們竟

成為唯一一組成功發射火箭模型並打開火

箭降落傘的組別。

經過三輪嚴格的甄選，包括問

答比賽、營前集訓及面試，

三十名表現優秀的學員終於脫

穎而出，於七月二十八日舉行

出發儀式，七月三十一日正式

出發前往北京，展開為期八天

的「少年太空人體驗營」。

本年度的「少年太空人體驗

營」由康樂及文化事務署、

香港中華總商會、中國航天員

科研訓練中心，以及酒泉衞星

發射中心合辦，京港學術交流

中心協辦。在此就讓學員們為

大家分享他們於這八天航天之

旅的感受。

航天員訓練中的血液重新分佈訓練，是將人

躺在床上，然後把床倒頭向下，使血液因重

力而向頭部流，模擬失重狀態。我也嘗試

了這個看似輕而易舉的訓練。我躺在訓練床

上，雙眼盯著天花板，床開始緩緩往後傾，

三秒還不到，我就覺得全身血液呼嘯洶湧地

撲向腦部。頓時覺得頭充氧變大，像喝了酒

般暈乎乎的，眼前的世界也扭曲了起來。事

後我才驚訝得知，航天員要接受十多小時這

樣的訓練。只一個訓練就讓我大開眼界。

令我喜出望外的是在載人航天科普講座時，我獲

得航天員中心的紀念襟章。楊利偉的出現，更

把整日的行程推向高峰，氣氛頓時澎湃起來！

當然和他合照及取得他的親筆簽名是不能錯過

的環節！只是第二天，我已經感到十分滿足了。

這可能是我一生中最幸運的一天，我有機會

體驗穿上價值一百二十萬人民幣的艙內航天

服。心情當然感到興奮！工作人員協助我穿上

航天服時，我非常緊張，沒想到原來航天服是

這麼重的。有這種經驗真是難能可貴！我要把

這奇妙感覺好好牢記，作為日後美好的回憶。

參觀國家天文台密雲觀測站和懷柔太陽觀測

站，令我對太空的探究興趣更加濃厚。我最感

與趣的，是觀看了一個足足有一個標準游泳池

那麼大的直徑五十多米天線。這是中國境內口

徑最大的天線系統之一，場面壯觀宏偉。

閉營儀式暨聯歡晚會當晚有許多嘉賓，如航

天英雄楊利偉，景海鵬和張曉光，孫錦雲老

師及一眾歌手，大家載歌載舞，各施其技，

航天英雄楊利偉更高歌一曲 < 鴻雁 >，他的

歌聲雄厚，我真的想不到他的歌聲如此動

聽，繞樑三日。晚會過後，大家跟航天員拍

照留念，而航天員亦友善地與我們握手聊

天，我的心情非常激動，因為沒想到航天的

傳奇人物竟活脫脫地出現在我的跟前，留下

美好的回憶。

到達酒泉，我們終於可以一睹神舟飛

船的總裝發射廠房和發射塔，而我從

沒想過曾經組裝載人太空船的廠房原

來只有「一層高」！看見這兩幢宏偉的

建築，我心裡不禁讚嘆和佩服。另一

處令我印象深刻的地方是 1970 年發

射東方紅衞星的二號發射場，沒想過

那時中國的技術已站在世界之巔，而

從那地下控制室望著地上發射台的潛

望鏡更令我驚訝。看見裡頭的不同設

施，我想到不同崗位的工作人員都必

須好好合作，聽從指揮，才能做出好

結果。

有兩項體驗令我留下特別深刻的印象，第一

項必然是穿脫艙內航天服，第二個是品嘗太

空食品。初初認為太空食品無論從外型或味

道都與牙膏相似，可是當品嚐了第一口的牛

肉以及雲呢拿雪糕後，竟然味道與平常的食

品不差太遠。

來酒泉的第二天，從影片看到剛剛開

始興建發射塔的時候，這些建築材

料是人民一步一步歷盡千辛萬苦橫

跨荒漠而建，他們所面對的困難難

道不也意味著我們在向夢想前進時遇

到的坑坑窪窪嗎？他們克服了這些

困難來發展航天事業，我們是否也

應該在面對困難時努力去克服呢？

「讀萬卷書不如行千里路」，在來北京之

前，你可以從書中獲得神舟的數據，但

是體驗不到製作火箭模型的困難；你可以

從講座中瞭解航天員訓練的各項措施，

但是體驗不到航天員訓練的謹慎和艱苦；

你可以從媒體中知道火箭的發射情況，

但是感受不到親身體驗時的激情……我

們在歡笑中體驗，在汗水中成長，在合

作與競爭中進步。

行程的第六天晚上，我們一行人在酒泉的大

漠上觀星，我在很多地方抬首看過星，可全

都遠不及那晚來得美好。沉寂如水的夏夜，

剔透乾淨的天空，浩瀚宇宙彷彿觸手可得。

起初是看不到太多星的，看久了它們才像小

孩兒怕羞般一個個探頭探腦地出來，很快就

滿天星辰閃爍生輝。香港是看不到這麼多的

星的，我們對著畫布似的天空指指點點，那

是北斗七星，這是銀河，都激動起來。看久

了脖子酸，乾脆席地而坐。有同學忽然驚

叫，有流星。我們又倏地站起身去找，有幸

看到流星尾巴的互相擊掌，看不到的又怏怏

坐下，等下一顆的出現。

體驗營的最後一天，我們來到西安，參觀大

雁塔，更看到秦陵兵馬俑的壯觀場面，令我

不禁讚嘆中國千年文化承傳、科技發展及古

人智慧的偉大。

八日時光匆匆飛逝，隨著飛機在香港機場緩

緩降落，「少年太空人體驗營」正式畫上完

滿的句號。在這八天間，我得到寶貴的知識

及珍貴的友誼，種種經歷都令我難以忘懷。

藉此，我要感謝各位老師的照顧及指導，並

衷心祝願各位少年太空人能學有所用，為自

己的人生留下光輝的一頁！

認識多一點―太空穿梭機Learn More About the Space Shuttle Glider

太空穿梭機是一種太空飛行器，每次可以運載六至七名太空人，包括任務指揮官、機師、任

務或實驗的專家和貨物。太空穿梭機由三個主要部分組成，分別為軌道器、外燃料缸和固態

燃料火箭。外燃料缸和固態燃料火箭都會在升空時與軌道器分離，而軌道器則會在為期一至

兩星期的任務完成後返回地球。與火箭不同，軌道器可以在大氣層中控制滑翔方向，然後在

跑道降落。在基地進行整備後，就可以再次進行任務。然而，美國的太空穿梭機計劃已於二

零一一年完結。

Space shuttle is a spacecraft, which can carry six to seven astronauts including mission commander, pilot, mission or experiment specialists, and also cargo to the space. Space shuttle consists of three components, namely the orbiter, external fuel tank and solid rocket boosters. Both external fuel tank and solid rocket boosters are jettisoned from orbiter during launch. On the contrary, orbiter returns to Earth after finishing a one to two weeks mission. Different from rockets, orbiter of space shuttle is capable of controlling gliding direction and of landing on airport runway. After refurbishment, orbiter can execute another mission. However, the United States space shuttle programme had ended in 2011.

製作指引：

1. 用剪刀將各部件剪出來。

2. 剪開機身邊緣的 V 型的切口將凸出部分摺向機身。

3. 用膠水將三塊機頭紙塊貼到機翼底部對應位置。如果試飛時發現穿梭機機頭過輕，

可貼上第四塊增加重量。

4. 將機身沿中線對摺。

5. 由機頭開始，用膠水將機身貼到機翼對應的位置。

6. 用膠水將機頭連接

7. 將垂直尾翼對摺，用膠水貼上 A 和 B 以外的部分。

8. 用膠水將垂直尾翼貼到機身上。

1. Cut out all parts using scissors.2. Cut out V-shaped notches on Fuselage to create tabs along outside edge. Fold tabs out.3. Glue three Nose Weight to underside of glider nose. Use the fourth weight if required, for extra trim after assembly.4. Fold Fuselage along middle line.5. Starting at the nose, glue Fuselage to Deck and Wing Assembly.6. To close the nose, glue the two halves together using tabs provided.7. Fold Vertical Stabilizer Assembly. Fold out tabs A and B. Except for tabs A and B, glue Vertical Stabilizer Assembly to make one solid piece.8. Attach Vertical Stabilizer to Fuselage, matching tab A with point A and Tab B with point B.
