研究生院 教务部关于共用自助服务终端 统一更新证明材料防伪纸及证明专用章的公告

为进一步规范学生事务工作，提供更高效便捷的服务，本学期起研究生院和教务部将

共用现有的自助服务终端办理成绩单、学籍学历证明等事务，同时统一更新材料所用的

防伪纸张，统一业务专用印章。防伪纸及业务专用章的示例请见通知附件。随着学校管

理系统的不断整合提升，自助服务终端的业务内容还将逐步扩展，感谢广大同学的关注

，并期待在系统建设过程中继续得到大家的意见和建议。

Notice on the Use of Anti-Counterfeiting Paper and the Certificate Seal for Documents Printed on PKU Self-Service Terminal from PKU Graduate

School and Teaching Affairs Department

PKU Graduate School and Teaching Affairs Department will upgrade the existing self-service terminals to

provide transcripts and certificates printing services from this semester in order to provide more efficient and

standardized services. All terminals will use unified anti-counterfeiting paper and seal. Please see attached

samples of anti-counterfeiting paper and seal.

Services offered by Self-Service Terminals will be gradually expanded, more functions will be included in

the future. Thank you for your attention and looking forward to your comments and suggestions.

Graduated Students

Click on Certificate No., and enter your Student ID and the last 6 digits of your diploma or graduation certificate.

First-year
