成立背景：成立於 1999 年 8月 13日，緣於對印尼中學生過高的退學
率，以及藥物濫用和街頭犯罪事件增加的關切。透過教育的提供和經
濟的協助，鼓勵青年的獨立自主，以創造一個更好的未來。2007 年，

成立背景：成立於 2001 年，當時整個組織僅有 10人，但現在成員已
超過 9百人，並分佈於柬埔寨、寮國、肯亞和美國等國家。其主要任
務在於推動減少數位落差，增加青年的就業機會。

6. Bachpan Bachao Andolan
成立宗旨：致力終止童工及發展兒童教育運動。
組織簡介：創立於 1980 年，係印度最大草根運動之兒童保護組織，
至 2014 年該組織已拯救 83,000 名遭人口販運、奴役與童工命運。

成立背景：1972 年，Bunker Roy 設立了 Social Work and Research

8. Akshaya Patra Foundation
成立背景：成立於 2000 年，設立於印度的 Bangalore。利用臨時廚房，
提供食物給 1,500 名貧苦孩童。迄已在印度的 20 個地區設立了臨時
廚房。
宗旨：強調透過教育來解決貧窮的問題。但是當基本生計無法獲得解
決，教育計畫即無法推展。因此強調對弱勢兒童提供一個健康的、均衡

9. Gram Vikas
成立背景：1979 年 1 月 22 日成立於印度，為遭遇自然災害者提供緊

10. Operation Asha
成立背景：Dr. Shelly Batra 和 Sandeep Ahuja於 2005年創立本組織，
其使命為追求一個沒有肺結核的印度。2007年，該組織在德里設立了 24
個治療中心，服務了 475 個病患。嗣該組織工作服務範圍擴展到印度

成立背景：成立於 1994 年，主要試圖解決印度的教育問題，並以新的

13. Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee, BRAC
成立背景：BRAC 成立於 1972 年，其前身為 the Bangladesh Relief
Assistance Committee，當時是為了回應在獨立戰爭之後，協助數千難
民的重返家園。次年，BRAC 的工作重心，從緊急救援轉到長期社區發
展，並改名為 Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee。目前，該組

成立背景：基於海地多數的貧窮人民知道如何在政治上進行組織動

成立背景：Danish Refugee Council （DRC）為丹麥的民間人道救援組
織，成立於 1956 年。主要係因回應在 1956 年，蘇聯侵略匈牙利所引

成立背景：成立於 1987 年，主要工作在於提供醫療照護給海地中央
高原地區的居民。1987年，PIH 在 Boston 成立。1989 年，與在海地
的姐妹組織 Zanmi Lasante，共同推動以社區為基礎的肺結核治療計

成立背景：1989 年，美國阿拉斯加發生漏油事件，約有 1,100 萬加

侖的石油流到了 Prince William Sound，破壞了世界最原始的生物棲
息地。此一事件反映了企業本身並未對其生產所造成的環境和社會
衝擊，懷有強烈的責任感。在石油事件後的半年間，成立了 CERES 來
處理這些問題。
宗旨：推動企業家重視人類社會的福祉，以及對地球環境的保護。推

成立背景：CARE 成立於 1945 年 11 月 27 日，其前身為
Cooperative for American Remittances to Europe，主要宗旨在對戰後

成立背景：MSF 於 1971 年成立於法國巴黎。是一非營利、自主管

成立背景：2002年，美國柯林頓總統推動 Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative

35. Amnesty International
成立背景：1961 年英國律師 Peter Benenson 推動了 Appeal for
Amnesty 1961，並在 Observer 報紙發表了一篇名為 The Forgotten
Prisoners 的文章。同年 7 月，召開了首次國際會議，有來自比利時，
英國、法國、德國、愛爾蘭、瑞士和美國的代表參加，並決定建立一
個永久的國際運動，以保護言論和宗教的自由。1968 年，該組織反對

成立背景：1993 年，3 位年輕朋友決定設立個慈善機構，提供醫療隊
到受災地區。第一支醫療隊派往了戰後的波士尼亞，攜帶了 100 萬英
