주식회사 부경의 항공기 엔진 부품은 세계 최고의 엔진제작업체 부품을 생산, 공급하고 있습니다.항공기 엔진 부품은 대형 CNC수직선반과 MCT를 이용하여 Seal, Shroud, Case 등을 최고의 품질로 생산하고 있으며, P&W사 F100 엔진부품의 군용 및 전투기 엔진부품과 GE사의 보잉사 민항기용 B-747, B-787 등에 장착되는 엔진부품입니다. 또한, 롤스로이스사, 에스버스 A380 민항기부품을 생산 공급하고 있습니다.항공기 기체 치공구는 군용기 및 전투기인 T-50, KT-1, F-15K, A-10 기체 치공구와 보잉사의 B737, B767 및 에어버스사의 A321, A380 부품가공을 위한 Jig-Fixture를 설계, 제작하고 있습니다.

In the aircraft parts case, Bu-kyung Co.,Ltd. has produced world’s top quality engine manufacturer components and supplied them. For the aircraft engine parts, using by large size of vertical lathes CNC and MCT, It produced Seal, Shroud and Case as the best quailed parts. They are attached to military equipments such as F100 engine components and fighting plane engine for P&W company and B-747, B-787 for Boeing. Furthermore, We produce Rolls Royce Company, Airbus with A380 civil aircraft parts.For the Airframe tooling case, We have designed and produced jig-fixtures for part machining of fight plane such as T-50, KT-1, F-15K, A-10 Airframe tooling and B-737, B767 of Boeing and A321, A380 of Airbus company.

GEnx Stacked ring

본 부품은 B787항공기에 장착되는 GE사의 신형 항공기 엔진인 GENX 모델의 압축기의 일부분으로 기존의 항공기 엔진보다 강력한 출력을 생성하면서도 환경적인 부분에서 NOX를 줄일 수 있는 방향으로 디자인된 제품입니다. 항공기 엔진은 부품의 특성상 내식성, 내열성, 내압성을 충분히 유지 할 수 있는 재질의 원자재를 사용합니다. 본 부품도 위의 조건을 고려한 니켈합금 성분의 고난삭재이며, 이러한 재질의 특성은 가공이 매우 힘듭니다.

GEnx Stacked ring is a part of GENX model compressor which is a brand new aircraft from GE company, attached to B787 aircraft. GEnx Stacked ring was designed to generate strong generating power, which is better than current aircraft engine and also it was designed in the purpose of reducing NOX in the environment.Aircraft engine uses material which can sustain corrosion resistance and temperature & Pressure capabilities. Considering those conditions, it is plating trouble of Nickel alloys so it is hard to machined.

Current industrial generator aims to be low-cost by using combined cycle plant and manufactured combined cycle gas turbine components using by pure domestic technology. By using large size of CNC TURNING, we can manufacture various type of products.
