Ø UV (Ultraviolet) refers to invisible light which appears on

the more outside than a short wavelength (violet) of visible light.

Ø UV is classified into Long-wavelength Ultraviolet (UV-A),

Ultraviolet (UV-C) according to the wavelength.

The lamp lifetime and scalability is ensured by using a specially designed electrode.

Each filament-type UV lamp must have its own ballast. The UV lamp of EI Lighting can operate several lamps using one ballast.

The UV lamp using current filament electrodes has the short lifetime of less than 10,000 hours due to the inevitable degradation of the electrode. While, the UV lamp of EI Lighting uses specially-designed electrodes instead of filament electrodes and as a result, has improved the reliability and lifetime of the UV lamp.

of LCDs, including high-brightness BLUs for 3D, DID, game consoles, or medicine or military.
