It is applicable for speed detection, speed control and positioning in combination with SD Series. It is connected securely to the motor and convey a series of impulses that equivalent to the motor speed and direction via external leads.Because of the simple design, a safe operation is possible, the magnetic signal activation and the starting signal which can be diversified by the supply of the voltage.

Encoder SOE SeriesThe SOE series are two channel optical incremental encoder modules offered with a code-wheel. When used with a code-wheel, these low cost modules detect rotary position. Each module consists of a lensed LED source and a detector IC enclosed in a small C-shaped plastic package. Due to a highly collimated light source and a unique photodetector array, these modules are extremely tolerant to mounting misalignment. The quadrature signals and the single 5V supply input are accessed through four 0.025 inch square pins located on 0.1 inch(pitch) centers.High performance, Low Cost, Small Size, Easy to Mount, No Signal Adjustment Required.

The simplest structure that easy to use, a damping device of lightweight.It is suitable to a small sized motor and adapted stator outside attaching method which isn’t influenced by heat from the coil. It has small torque alteration. If abnormal conditions has happens, it can control an instant load. It effects surely stabled braking power.
