As a caring corporate citizen in Hong Kong, Principal is committed to supporting community services through donation and volunteer work. This year, we are happy to join hands with the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society to create a harmonic community. The Principal Financial Group also donated USD20,000 to the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society. In recognition of Principal’s commitments to charity, a Cheque Presentation Ceremony organized by the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society was held on 11 March 2012. Principal is also honoured with the “Corporate Volunteer Recognition Award 2011”. In addition, Principal is proud to have been awarded the “Caring Company Logo”, presented by the Hong Kong Council of Social Services, for the third consecutive year. These awards are recognition of our commitment to supporting the well-being of community. 推出第一浪的宣傳橫額，第二浪將於9月至12月推出。此外，信安亦於2012年4月中旬在now TV推出全新的電視廣告。此電視廣告將於now TV不同頻道播出至7月上旬。

To further reinforce Principal’s image as a reliable MPF provider focusing on the provision of MPF services, Principal has kicked off a series of branding promotion campaigns with our slogan “信安 強積金 專業專心” in different kinds of promotion channels. Apart from the outdoor billboard which has been put up at Causeway Bay till the end of 2012, we have also launched the fi rst wave of advertising banner at outdoor TV on MTR East Rail Line, West Rail Line, Ma On Shan Line and Kwun Tong Line from March to mid April 2012. The second wave will be launched from September to December. Furthermore, a brand new Principal TV commercial has been rolled out on now TV in mid April. This TV commercial will be telecasted across different channels on now TV till early July 2012.

朱古力品味體驗Chocolate Tasting Experience

信安在2012年3月30日於合和中心的信安培訓中心舉行了嶄新的「朱古力品味體驗」活動，並邀請了我們尊貴的

客戶參加，一起品嚐多款比利時高級手造朱古力。活動

期間，朱古力製造商Goossens的專業人員講解了朱古力的來源、可可豆的種類和朱古力的製造方法等等。通過

這次活動，參加者不單增加了對朱古力的認識，而且還

有機會品嚐多款比利時高級手造朱古力，享受其獨特

滋味！

信安在2011年11月26日聯同經濟商學院假九龍香格里拉酒店舉行強積金投資講座。講座中，幾位著名講者嘉

與現場超過350名人仕分享他們對退休計劃的部署、投資策略及市場展望等。

Principal organized a brand new event “The Chocolate Tasting Experience” at our training center at Hopewell Centre on 30 March 2012 and invited our prestigious clients to join. At the event, professional staff from Chocolatier Goossens introduced the origin of chocolate, cocoa beans classifi cation and how chocolate is made, etc. Participants not only got to learn comprehensive knowledge about chocolate at this event, they also got a chance to taste a variety of high quality handmade Belgium chocolates!

強積金投資講座2011MPF Investment Seminar 2011

On 26 November 2011, Principal together with ET Business College, held a MPF investment seminar at Kowloon Shangri-la Hotel. In the seminar, some well-known guest speakers such as Dr. Billy SC Mak, Dr. YC Chan, Mr. Raymond So, Mr. Arthur Shek as well as Principal’s Head of Mutual Fund Sales & Distribution, Mr. Ringo Sinn shared their views on retirement planning, investment strategy and market outlook with over 350 participants.

由今年6月1日開始，強積金強制性供款的最高有關入息*水平將由目前的$20,000修訂為$25,000，供款上限則由現時的每月$1,000調整至$1,250。

你應留意，你每月的強積金供款是否需要相應調整。

The maximum level of relevant income* for MPF mandatory contributions will be adjusted from the current level of $20,000 to $25,000 with effect from 1 June this year. The maximum contribution will consequently be amended from the current amount of $1,000 to $1,250 per month.

You should check whether the amount of your monthly contribution will have to be adjusted.

Monthly-paid regular employees and their employers

For contribution periods commencing on or after 1 June 2012, you and your employer should make contributions according to the following table:

Reminder to employees: check whether your employer has made accurate contributions for you for the contribution periods commencing on or after 1 June.

Reminder to employers: update your relevant administrative arrangements including the programme or system for calculating MPF contributions to ensure that contributions are made according to the new level for the contribution periods commencing on or after the effective date.

Self-employed persons making contributions monthly or yearly

Reminder to self-employed persons: Your trustee will contact you to update the contribution arrangement. Contact your trustee if you have to update your reported relevant income.
