基金项目有 4项,资助总额 82.2万元。2011年实验室资助课题共计资助 673.5万元,包括自由探索课题 14项,资助 131万元;团队重点课题 5项,资助 542.5

万元。

二、“基于边臂策略的立体化学控制与催化研究”项目获上海市自然科学一等奖现代合成反应要求经济、高效、环境友好的化学。"基于边臂策略的立体化学

控制与催化研究"项目围绕叶立德反应和不对称催化中选择性控制与催化问题,2

在科技部"973"、国家基金委面上与重点项目、杰出青年基金和创新研究群体、中

科院"百人计划"和上海市科委学科带头人项目等资助下开展了系统的创新性研

究,运用"边臂策略"设计新的催化剂及反应试剂,发展了一些调控有机合成反

应选择性和提高催化效率的新策略、新方法及新反应,为新型催化剂(试剂)的

设计和反应选择性控制提供了新的思路和途径。研究成果在国际重要期刊发表 SCI论文 51篇,包括 Acc. Chem. Res. 1篇, J.

Am. Chem. Soc. (JACS) 7篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (ACIE) 2篇,Chem. Soc. Rev.

2篇。总影响因子 308.3,篇均影响因子 6.0,大于 5.0的 26篇, 获得 3项国家发

明专利授权,撰写有关专著的 4个章节。论文他引 1307次(JACS和ACIE 他引

137次), 篇均他引 25.6次,单篇最高他引 160次,在国际系列会议上作邀请或大

会报告 9次,在双边会议上做邀请报告 5次。

实验室今年组织举办了第十六届导向有机合成的金属有机化学国际研讨会

以及“长江论坛 2011”学术研讨会等学术会议。

第十六届导向有机合成的金属有机化学国际研讨会2011年 7月 24-28日,由国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)主办,中国

科学院上海有机化学研究所和华东师范大学共同承办的第十六届导向有机合成

的金属有机化学国际研讨会(16th IUPAC International Symposium on

Organometallic Chemistry Directed Towards Organic Synthesis (OMCOS 16)在上海

国际会议中心成功召开,麻生明院士和丁奎岭研究员共同担任大会主席,游书力

研究员任秘书长。中国科学院上海分院朱志远副院长,华东师范大学任友群副校

长,国家自然科学基金委员会杜灿屏处长、郑企雨研究员,上海市科委国际合作

处傅国庆处长出席开幕式。本届大会作为 2011国际化学年的系列活动,共吸引了来自 21个国家和地区

的 1000多名化学工作者参加,其中境外代表近 500人。本次大会共安排 11个大

会邀请报告、13个邀请报告和 12个口头报告以及 500多个墙报展讲,主要围绕

金属有机试剂参与的有机合成、金属参与或催化的有机化学反应、不对称合成与

催化、金属络合物结构与性质、金属参与的绿色化学等前沿及交叉科学领域进行

交流与探讨,突出金属有机化学领域的最新发展和未来态势。其中 2010年化学

诺贝尔奖得主 Ei-ichi Negishi教授应邀做了题为Magical Power of d-Block

Transition Metals—Pd-Catalyzed Cross-Coupling and Zr-Catalyzed Asymmetric

Carboalumination of Alkenes (ZACA)的大会报告。来自德国明斯特大学的

OMCOS奖得主 Frank Glorius教授和来自牛津大学的OBC奖得主Michael Willis

教授也分别做了精彩的获奖报告。为鼓励年轻学者的学术交流,大会设立了 23

个优秀墙报奖。墙报奖分别得到了 IUPAC、Wiley-VCH、德国汉高公司、Thieme

出版社、英国皇家化学学会及 Elsevier出版社等的资助。导向有机合成的金属有机化学国际研讨会是每两年举办一次的系列国际研

讨会,自 1981年以来,已在美国、法国、日本、英国、加拿大等国成功举办了 15

届,本次会议是第一次在中国大陆举行。该系列会议旨在为来自世界各地的科学

家搭建桥梁,共享研究成果,促进学术交流,探讨及建立合作。本次会议得到了

中国科学院、国家自然基金委以及兄弟单位和有关公司的大力支持。

“长江论坛 2011”学术研讨会:2011年 8月 18日至 21日,由中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金属有机化

学国家重点实验室和四川大学化学学院共同发起的“长江论坛 2011”学术研讨

会,在浙江淳安天清岛度假酒店隆重召开。国家自然科学基金委化学部有机化学

处的杜灿屏处长、郑企雨处长应邀参加了会议并作重要讲话,参加会议的有来自

四川大学、中科院成都生物所以及中科院上海有机所金属有机化学国家重点实验

室的教授、研究员共计 41人。

四川大学化学学院冯小明教授在开幕式上致欢迎辞并简要介绍了论坛的组织

工作、论坛章程(讨论稿)等。基金委化学处的杜灿屏处长、郑企雨处长均对会

议的召开表示了充分的肯定,并一致希望以上海有机化学研究所“化学键活化

与可控性重组研究” 国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体和四川大学“高选择性

有机合成新反应与新策略”国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体为主体主办的论

坛越办越好,积极推动我国有机化学学科的可持续发展。本次会议针对手性科学技术、合成化学和手性药物等前沿领域作了精彩演讲

和讨论。戴立信院士对会议进行了简短的总结,并提出了新的希望。会议取得了

圆满的成功。

    本次论坛对促进各参加单位在人才培养、科学研究的相互合作和促进学科发

展具有很重要的意义。

四、实验室承担的科研项目运行正常今年实验室主持的国家和省部委的重大重点项目有:(1)科技部 973项目 1

项;(2)国家基金委创新群体项目 1项、重点项目 3项;(3)中科院知识创新方向性重大项目 1项;(4)上海市资助项目 4项。作为课题骨干参加的国家和省部委的重大重点项目有:(1)973项目 3项;(3)中科院知识创新方向性重大项目 1项;(2)国家基金委重点项目 2项;另外实验室还承担了(1)国家基金委其他项目 22

项;(2)其他省部委及中科院项目 10项;横向项目 10项。实验室 2011年度共发表了 262篇论文(含客座人员发表论文),其中 J.

Am. Chem. Soc. 8篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 19篇。其中金属室固定成员发表了110篇论文,包括 Chem. Soc. Rev. 1篇,Chem. Rev.2篇, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 4篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 13篇,Chem. Sci. 4篇,Chem. Eur. J. 10篇,Adv. Synth.

Catal. 7篇,Chem. Commun. 6篇,Org. Lett. 10篇,J. Org. Chem. 6篇,Organometallics 5篇等。

2009年启动的 973项目“惰性化学键的选择性激活、重组及其控制”中的课题四“小分子二氧化碳、一氧化碳和氧气等的活化”(项目编号:2009CB825304)由施敏研究员主持,顺利完成了 2011年度的工作计划。以丁奎岭研究员为项目首席科学家的科技部 973项目“手性催化中的新概念、新方法”(项目编号:2010CB833305)于 2010年正式启动,目前进展顺利。侯雪龙研究员和邓亮研究员分别主持的 973项目“若干功能体系的定向设计与构筑”中的两个课题“共价键选择性构建及相关规律研究” (项目编号:2011CB808706)和

“金属有机化合物的定向合成与功能调控” (项目编号:2011CB808705)于 2011

年正式启动,目前进展顺利。唐勇研究员主持的国家自然科学基金委创新群体项目“化学键活化与可控

性重组研究”(项目编号:20821002)进展顺利,于 2011年底顺利结题并获批延续。施敏研究员主持的基金委重点项目“有机合成中的串联及多组分反应”(项目编号:20732008)今年进展良好。唐勇研究员主持的基金委重点项目“调控有机合成反应选择性的新方法”(项目编号:20932008)于 2010年正式启动,目前进展顺利。侯雪龙研究员主持的基金委重点项目“基于反应选择性控制的反应设计研究”(项目编号:21032007)于 2011年正式启动,目前进展顺利。唐勇研究员及孙秀丽副研究员分别主持的中科院知识创新方向性重大项目

“新型乙烯聚合催化剂技术的工业化应用研究”(项目编号:KGCX2-YW-209-

1)及方向性项目子课题“超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制备与应用-结构可控UHMWPE催化剂技术的研制” (项目编号:KGCX2-YW-237-2)今年均进展良好。

五、学术交流实验室今年分别接待了美国、俄罗斯、德国、法国、英国、加拿大等国以及包

括中国香港在内的的 45位科学家来室访问进行了学术交流,具体情况见 14-19

页;另外,还聘请了 2位“中国科学院外国专家特聘研究员”,分别为德国海

德堡大学有机化学研究所的Günter Helmchen教授和东安格利亚大学化学系的

Carl Redshaw教授。同时,实验室学术带头人积极参加国际国内的重要学术会议

应邀在国内外学术会议上作邀请及大会报告 23人次,具体情况见 20-21页。

六、实验室学术委员会工作金属有机化学国家重点实验室第三届学术委员会第二次会议于 2011年 10

月 12-15日在浙江杭州召开。国家自然科学基金委杜灿屏处长以及中国科学院高

技术研究与发展局曹红梅处长应邀参加了此次会议。

在会议上,实验室主任唐勇研究员汇报了重点实验室 2011年度工作进展,南开大学的周其林院士作了题为“高效不对称催化氢化”的专家报告,金属室的刘国生研究员作了题为“过渡金属参与的有机氟化学进展”的学术动态介绍,游书力研究员、吴劼教授、郎建平教授、苏成勇教授、刘元红研究员分别汇报了各自的课题组工作进展及研究计划,此外,游书力研究员、陈耀峰研究员、邓亮研究员以及刘国生研究员分别进行了有关Organic/Cooperative Catalysis Chemistry

at Pacifichem 2010、Organo-f-Element Chemistry at Pacifichem 2010、OMCOS 16

以及 2011 ACS National Meeting的国际会议介绍。

10月 14日上午,与会的领导、专家、学术委员以及老师等进行了热烈的讨论和充分的交流。大家充分肯定了金属有机化学国家重点实验室近年来取得的成绩,实验室在保持金属有机化学学科的优势和特色基础上,在面向国家重大需求的研究方向如聚烯烃、氢甲酰化制丁醛等领域的新型催化剂研制方面也取得了很好的成绩。同时,大家也对实验室的发展提出了建设性的建议和意见。希望实验室能在保持特色和优势的基础上,更上一个台阶,在继续大力引进优秀人才

的同时,加强室内课题组的交流合作和人才培养,争取在新的高度上做出更有影响力和代表性的原创性研究成果。希望实验室努力保持在我国金属有机化学研究领域的引领作用。同时,鼓励青年科研人员戒骄戒躁,追求自己特色和长远的科研方向和目标。

七、获奖情况金属室获“十一五”国家科技计划执行优秀团队奖根据科技部《关于表彰十一五国家科技计划工作先进集体和个人的决定》,

金属有机化学国家重点实验室喜获“十一五”国家科技计划执行优秀团队奖。         为全面贯彻党的十七大和十七届五中全会精神,表彰先进,弘扬创新求实

精神,提振信心,鼓舞广大科技工作者在“十二五”期间作出更大贡献,科技

部决定对“十一五”期间涌现的先进集体和个人进行表彰。此次全国有 461个团

队和单位获“十一五”国家科技计划执行优秀团队奖,287人获“十一五”国

家科技计划执行突出贡献奖。此外,科技部还评选了 97个“十一五”国家科技

计划组织管理优秀组织奖和 152个“十一五”国家科技计划组织管理突出贡献

奖。

“十一五”时期,是金属室科技工作快速发展的 5年,国家科技项目立项取

得突破性进展,“十一五”期间实验室承担了国家科技部、国家自然科学基金委

中国科学院以及上海市项目 60多项。其中科技部 973课题 4项、科技重大专项项

目 1项,科技支撑计划项目 1项,国家基金委创新群体项目 2项,重点项目 4项,

重大国际合作项目 1项,中科院方向性项目课题 3项。此外,在面向国际前沿的

基础研究中重点实验室表现优异。最近五年(2006-2010)共发表论文 1050篇,

其中包括在德国应用化学(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.)和美国化学会会志(JACS)上以本

重点实验室为第一作者单位的论文分别为 27篇和 31篇。同时,在面向国家经济

需求的氢甲酰化、聚烯烃材料等新型催化剂研制以及手性技术方面也取得了重要

进展,有几个产品表现出优异性能,部分已实现工业生产。        此次获奖,不仅是对我室“十一五”科技工作的肯定,也是对今后更好地

开展科技工作的鞭策,金属室将继续努力,面向国家需求,力争做出更多系统

性、原始创新性的成果,使我室的科技工作再上一个新台阶,为国民经济的发展
