    18 Months publication as required under Section 11A of the Patents Act, 1970

    as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005.

    Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of

    opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    2006.

    Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and

    abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as

    per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.8/- per page. If any further details are required to be

    obtained, the same can be provided by the respective Patent Offices on request.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

    The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for administration to nails for elimination of fungal infection causing onychomycosis

    hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin, b) 0.5- 5 % by wt. of at least one permeation enhancer, c) 5-15 % by wt. of a film forming polymer including an acrylic

    acid based copolymer, d) 5-15 % by wt. of PEG 400, e) 0.1-5% by wt. of nitrocellulose, and f) 50-80 % by wt. of a volatile solvent. The composition

    is in the dosage form of a nail lacquer to be applied on the surface of nails.

    Security is very essential now days as most people are at work and their homes remain closed for most of the time. So a need of a

    security system even when we are away from it is essential. In our invention we are trying to provide an advanced security system

    through which the owner and the members can keep an eye on their home while being away from it. This system uses a Different type

    of sensor for monitoring your home. Input of the sensor occurs when a thief or unwanted entry tries to break in the door/window/Ac

    Widow/ any other location and tries to enter. The Advanced controller senses the vibrations and sends the valuesto beagle Bone kit.

    The beagle Bone checks the values and compares with the desired set of values. If the input value is greater than the threshold value

    then it turns ON a buzzer and the beagle Bone controller sends a message and an email to the desired owners of the system and the

    security department and it starts the video capturing of the scene. The owner can then live stream the video by simply typing the IP

    address of the beagle bone controller in the web browser. In this way the owner can take desired actions in the future.

    growing seeds in pots containing calcisol soil and recording various growth parameters.

    A LED driver with dimmer switch has been developed and more specifically single stage, multi-channel, and high power. And also

    single stage flyback transformer-based switching mode power supply (SMPS) is developed for the development of LED driver and

    LED panel. A multichannel high-power LED driver to operates and controlled the multiple of four channel of LED matrix. A dimmer

    switch to produces a PWM signal with a variable duty cycle and it is used to control the illumination level of LED matrix. The

    illumination level is varying 10% - 100% according to the occupants requirements. The multi-channel high power LED driver is

    compatible to detect the fault in the driver and LED matrix. The pin fin heat sink technology is used for the thermal solution of the

    developed LED driver. The PWM signal techniques and low input AC signal arises the flickering and shutdown issues in the LED

    driver. The compensating circuit is used to overcome these issues.

    of polyalkylene glycol and zein. The copolymer is then mixed with bexarotene at weight ratio of 1:6 in ethanol to form another

    mixture which is then, evaporated, dialysed, freeze dried and lyophilized to obtain the nanomicelle drug delivery formulation.

    Provided is an insulated electrical wire that has a water stop part that can be produced by means of a simple configuration and process.

    An insulated electrical wire 1 that has: a conductor 2 that comprises a plurality of intertwined strands that comprise a conductive

    material; and an insulating coating 3 that covers the outer periphery of the conductor 2. The insulated electrical wire 1 has: an exposed

    part 10 at which the insulating coating 3 has been removed from the outer periphery of the conductor 2; and, adjacent to the exposed

    part in the longitudinal-axis direction, a coated part 20 at which the insulating coating 3 is covering the outer periphery of the

    conductor 2. At the exposed part 10, the density of conductive material per unit length is at least greater than at a remote section 22 of

    the coated part 20 that is beyond the section 21 that is adjacent to exposed part. A sealant 5 that comprises an insulating material fills

    the space between the strands of the exposed part 10.
