GSS Energy have developed a highly portable mobile pyrolysis unit that can process around 500Kgs of waste per hour. It is a constant feed process and can handle high polluYon hazardous waste materials because there are no combusYon emissions. The feedstock is exposed to secondary heat in the absence of oxygen, therefore there is no combusYon. The feedstock is reduced to its basic chemical components of Hydrogen and Carbon. The Hydrogen is a clean fuel gas, used to create heat.
The process is highly efficient, 0.5 tonnes of waste will produce approximately 2.5 MW of heat with no polluYng emissions. This heat energy can be used to produce energy in many different forms including electricity. GSS have specialised in making this unique process not only cost effecYve and efficient but also compact enough to fit into 40b ISO shipping container, resulYng in a highly mobile clean waste to energy conversion plant.
