Online Course Registration System Guide

1. How to Login

I would like to explain that how to register for the Major Advanced Seminar, but you can register for other

classes in the same way.

① Open the UGAS web site.

② On the top page, click For Students.

③ Enter a registered User ID and password on the login window and click Login.

You will then be taken to the registration pages.

*Your initial User ID and password is your Student ID number.

(Your ID number appears on the lower right of your student card.

It contains seven number and a letter, e.g. 7777777A)

④ On the students menu page, click curriculum guide.

⑤ On the curriculum guide page shown below, click Online Registration System.

When you log in for the first time, the password change screen will be displayed,

please change the password.

2. My Page (Student Page) Guide

After login, the page below is displayed.

① Currently login user

② Click here to logout and return to the system log-in window.

③ Click here to go to the Top page where you can see information and lectures you have registered

④ Click here to go to the Seminar Registration page where you can register for lectures.

⑤ Click here to go to the Progress page where you can see your record.

⑥ Click here to go to the Change Password page where you can change your login password.

⑦ Click here to go to the Calendar page where you can see lectures and events schedule.

⑧ Click here to go to the Formats and Application page where you can download formats and application.

3. Registration Seminar

Clicking Seminar Registration、move to the page below.

How to Register

Select a lecture you want to register by clicking Apply.

Push Register Button page below.

① Check here if you want to register the lecture

② ‘CheckAll’ Button Select all lectures in the page

③ ‘ClearAll’ Button Clear all check in the page

④ ‘Register ’ Button After checking lectures, Click this button to register

After registration, registered lectures will not be shown on the lecture list.

You can see these lectures in the ‘Course Registered For’ list of Top page.

Screen above is Lecture Information Page.

You can move to this page by clicking Unit No link.

From this page, you can also register or cancel the lecture.

If you need documents of the lecture, you can download from this page.

4. Cancellation Seminar

After registration、Top page is shown as below.

You can see whether you have registered for lectures or not.

CAUTION: Lectures will disappear from this page after the date of lecture.

① Check here if you want to cancel the lecture

② ‘CheckAll’ Button Select all lectures in the page

③ ‘ClearAll’ Button Clear all check in the page

④ ‘Cancel Registration’ Button After checking lectures, Click this button to cancel

CAUTION: Cancellation can be done by 2 days before the date of lecture.

After cancellation, lectures will be deleted from ‘Course Registered For’ list. Please check whether you have

done or not.

5. Progress Confirmation

Clicking Progress, you can move to Progress page.

① The below is a list of subjects which you need to take lectures. You can see your each subjects’ records by

attendance, report and credits.

② The below is a list of subjects which doesn’t have any lectures. You can see your each subjects’ records by

records and credits.

③ The below is a list of lectures you have taken. You can see your each lectures’ records by attendance,

report and credits.

You can check your attendance, reports submitted, passes/fails for each course’s lectures on the

Progress Confirmation list for completed lectures. You can also check if attendance and reports

submitted have been correctly recorded.

④ The below is a list of implementation status of interim report session / intermediate presentation etc.

6. Change Password

Clicking Change Password, you can move to Change Password page.

You can change your password for login Seminar Registration System.

For security, please change your default password from this page by yourself.

After updating your password, you need to login this system with new password.

CAUTION: if you forget your password, please have a contact with the UGAS office.

7. Calendar

Clicking Calendar, you can move to Calendar page.

Lectures you have registered or you can register and events information is shown on the calendar.

Clicking each lectures, you can see detail information.

8. Formats and Application

Clicking Formats and Application, you can move to Formats and Application page.

Clicking each file name in Attachment, you can download application format file.
