Disadvantage(缺点)

1.High investment, because Wheel bucket mining system is a special manufactured equipment according to special condition in mines. There is no finalize the design equipment.

(投资高,原因主要是轮斗是根据矿山具体条件 制造的专用设备,没有定型设备。)

2.Low reliability. Assembly line work, As long as a link out of the question, the system needs to stop.

(流水线作业,只要一个环节出了问题,整套系统需停机,可靠性较低。)

3.Influenced by climate. When it below -25°C, it must be shut down.

(受气候影响较大,在冬季-25°C以下时,须停产.)

4. Longer Manufacture, installation and commissioning period.

(制造、安装、调试周期较长。)

• Advantage(优点)

1. Flexible, suitable valley terrain etc;机动灵活,适宜沟谷纵横的地形条件;

2. Almost not affected by lithology, suitable medium hard rock.基本不受岩性影响,适宜中硬岩石的地质条件;

3. Strong climbing ability of truck, generally up to 8%, a smaller amount

of infrastructure projects;卡车爬坡能力强,一般可达8%,基建工程量较小;

4. Using large excavators and trucks, big mining intensity, for large open

pit mine.采用大型的挖掘机和卡车,开采强度大,适用于大型露天矿。

• Disadvantage(缺点)

Big oil consumption, high repair costs and higher production costs.

耗油量大、修理费用高、生产成本较高。

to adapt to climate and Ore-bearing rock hardness.轮斗相比,电铲挖掘力较高,对气候、矿岩硬度的适应性强,开采强度大,适合于生产规模大的露天矿;

2.Low operation cost.采运排设备运营费用较低;

3.No track, no oil limited. 不使用卡车,油源不受限;

•Disadvantage(缺点)

•1.No using experience in china. 自移式破碎机在国内还没有使用经验;

•2. Frequently moving equipment if arrange working face belt. It will affect

production. 工作面胶带移设频繁,对生产有影响。
