unsuccessful communist uprising in the republic of Estonia in 1924.

Sirge, having as a high guest from far away tasted the kindness of thfl

Ekbaums' as hosts for two days in Toronto, also expressed the desire

to meet others among our writers and artists, for which reason contact

was made with Eerme, Oja, Pihla and Naelapea. Supposedly, H. Oja

Owned also many others among our intellectuals, but they supposedly

refused to sit at the same - table with the red functionary.

The people mentioned above met, however, in Eerme's home in the

Estonian apartment block on the 21st of Se ptember in the eveninr anct.September

used the name of the Estonian Veteran Society in Toronto and 6 not

plan to do so in the future. However, the "men under the bed" support

fully the resolution of the E. V. Society, and our objectives aro lAs

same, the difference being only in tactics, as we demand strict •

implementation of the resolution.

Establishment of a "Society of men under the bed" is v.ndor

consideration. The new organization has nothing in common with the

older brother iflatters of tactics and our president is 1CO2,17 (Ear).

To straighten out matters, there will be coming a sucgeation
