MORE INFORMATION…Smoking is one of the most addictive
habits so once you start, it is very hard to quit. Starting to smoke at a young age is even more dangerous because your bodies are still growing. The longer you smoke the more the risk of getting cancer. It also causes you to age prematurely and die at a young age. The best way to quit is to never start.
