Para colocar las referencias en orden alfabético deben seleccionar todo el texto y en la pestaña de HOME, dar click en el icono AZ.
Dar click en OK
PONER REFERENCIAS EN ORDEN ALFABETICO
Para colocar las referencias en HANGING INDENT deben seleccionar todo el texto y dar right click en el mouse y seleccionar Paragraph..
En la pestaña de Indents and Spacing Indentation Special seleccional Hanging OK
