It is a great pleasure and an honour to extend to you, a warm invitation to the Annual Scientific Meeting on Intensive Care, ASMIC 2012, organised by Malaysian Society of Intensive Care, to be held at Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur from 28th September to 30th September 2012.

We endeavour to put forward a comprehensive scientific programme, which will be educationally stimulating and informative. This meeting will also provide an opportunity for us to share the latest experience and knowledge with local and international speakers, in the specialty of intensive care with aims to further improve the quality of care and quality of life for the critically ill patients. In addition to the main conference, there will be a pre-conference workshop on 27th September for those who are keen to gain experience in performing ultrasonography in intensive care patients.

We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring and enjoyable meeting.
