standpoint of Professional Engineering Practice & Regulation Requirements - in any

technical creation, or invention, either by human logic or non-human logic, or both: say, constructing a bridge, a simple house, or a machinery, there must be a Plan or Blueprint. This Blueprint precedes an actual creation & if something went wrong in the creation

itself, then the corresponding Plan must be the over-all basis in rectifying or restoring the

damage done in the creation - to solve the problem once & for all.

All engineers and architects, not only agree with this knowledge, but take this as the rule, even by the

logic of human viewpoint and human reasoning - alone.

Critical Questions & Answers that have direct

implication to the Ultimate Solution...The Correct GUT & TOE..

Today, Dr. Stephen Hawking, a great Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge University,

England – a post once held by Sir Isaac S. Newton, who is highly estimated by no less than Dr. Albert Einstein as the greatest & most respectably influential scientist of all times – just recently shared his most

factual observation. This observation captures the very essence of the sign of times < as he told AFP journalists

while attending a pre-flight Zero Gravity Press Conference at NASA‟ s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA, on

“ I think the human race has no future if it doesn‟ t go into space …”

And the Threshold point of the value application of this statement is found in the book

authored by no less than Dr. Hawking‟ s contemporary fellow scientist, Dr. Roger Penrose, and his book titled: “The Road to Reality – A Complete Guide to the Laws of the

Universe,” p.1045, Chapter 34, that states:

“ But for this to happen, we shall need powerful new ideas which

will take us in directions significantly different from those currently

being pursued. Perhaps, what we mainly need is some subtle change

in perspective – something that we all have missed …”

Dr. Penrose, in his book “The Road to Reality …”, actually does sense in advance quite such a need of a new perspective of thinking to be able to know the true implication of the so-called reality of space, time and energy of Nature < which is to him ( Mr. Penrose himself ) a direct knowledge of the application of existing

mathematics assumed to be valid in the design(s) – whatever design that will be – of things that exist in

all nature that surrounds us, including the Universe! And that he presumed, too, nature must have

possessed non-mechanical subtlety attributes which are hidden mathematically, hence, the need of knowing the physical value of the Universe which can only be seen through the action of every human

being in order to find such hidden new Perspective of Design, of Plan, of Thinking Pattern … perhaps … perhaps ...

And so, Dr. Penrose took a survey of practically every human-created mathematical model <internal :non-mechanical subtlety> he must have mustered at his own disposal – only to end up, in his own words: some subtle change … we all have missed … in short, he too has not discovered it – the New Thinking

Perspective. Why?

Why a miss? The answer lies in the failure to see through the hidden code of the non-mechanical subtlety

of the mathematics of human action in two (2) attributes: Internal Dimension and External Dimension of human existence: the spirit and the physical dimensions so that we can know the true Plan or the

Blueprint of Creation. Why?

All the formulas in the creation of all things in the Universe, including

the Universe itself as a whole, are found in Adam & Eve! Adam is a

direct manifest of TOE and Eve, the GUT. Together, they

application of these Absolute Values makes the environment and humanity critically susceptible to all risks in 6 realms of human activities; these risks depend on the slightest disturbance of extremely

delicate Energy Balance of the Earth‟ s biosphere, which we call Bio-sphere Energy Dynamics

That is why Dr. Hawking, sensing the external value of the physical Universe which he thought a direct

simple manifest of the unified value of the biological existence of man himself which leads him to believe

that the GUT he has been searching must be relative to every human life – a direct confirmation of the

existence of the Grand Unification Theory of Nature, concluded that the environment is too important for human life. Therefore, Dr. Hawking further summed up his keen insights on the present condition of the

“ I believe life on Earth is at ever increasing risk of being wiped out by a disaster such as

Take note that these two great men of completely different socio-psychological orientations are talking of two

different angles of a problem but of exactly the same dimensional measure of solution in terms of mathematical link. What link? That is, the energy link of all natural phenomena in the Universe from the smallest to the biggest creation! This is exactly what we mean in the smallest & biggest space-time-energy measures given above in the

The Ultimate Solution - the Final Law in the context of Nature‟s Blueprint: Whose viewpoint ?

A 6,000-year period of human quest for true world peace has long been a complete failure …

That is more than a non-arguable fact. Until now we have not solved Cain‟s problem in b. 3896 B.C.E. murdering his own brother, Abel … You can see it for yourself. It is because the

truth is <such a most painful one indeed> the ultimate solution does not come from human

perspective, or human point of view. It comes from the hidden Nature‟s most subtle

Intelligent Design which Logic & Reason are configured mathematically in the highest level

of form & structure of Nature‟s Final Law as formulated completely in the Blueprint by the

One Absolute Being or Origin <the Absolute Creator> Who created the Cosmos, the

Universe, the Galaxies, the Milky Way, the Solar System, the Planet Earth, and finally , us…the whole mankind.

That is, the solution comes only from the Creator‟s Viewpoint, or Original Grand Plan

that we now call Blueprint of Creation, & the Final Law is exactly found in it ! That is the Ultimate Solution… Where‟s the Blueprint of Creation?

We cannot afford to die in our ignorance, our human ignorance. The Fall of Man

took place because Adam 1 & Eve 1 ignored the 1st Law at the root of the two dimensions of human life: physical dimension & non-physical dimension. This is the fact, a non-arguable fact.

But the truth is, the Fall creates the deepest expression of 1st human disrespect to

Nature's Law & Logic resulting to the 1st damaging human act of disobedience to Order, and

Reason which cycles of human ignorance do develop a kind of world that is far from the

original purpose & design by the 1 Absolute Original Being - GOD.

Too bad, humanity fails to respond correctly to the lessons of history on account of 1 basic

human flaw: we fail to look beyond the human "cultural differences" which a fellow Filipino

Professor Cirilo F. Bautista, in his article: Breaking Signs in the Philippine Panorama

magazine, Feb.17, 2008 Issue, p.25, does articulate beyond linguistic barriers as "cultural imperatives" in order to understand the lessons of human realities to finally hit the lesson's

objective of every human life.

Question: How then can we resolve this failure-flaw so as to avoid it in the exercise of human

responsibility from the standpoint of Professor Bautista's Breaking Signs' universal effect in

one's human nature purely derived from lesson learning condition via teaching by experience thru

multi & inter- racial environment give-and-take-action relationships in 5 human races ...? Do we

have the blueprint material for this to teach & demonstrate to all 5 human races beyond

religion, science, & culture to come out with the ultimate solution to solve human problems or

issues mentioned earlier? Where is the Blueprint of Creation?

Despite a few existing excellent materials : books, articles, etc., on Earth that attempt to

produce the blueprint to solve, articulate, or explain both issues and facts of phenomena in the

realities of human world, in the context of science, religion, metaphysics,, etc., beyond the

pedagogical theories, techniques as applicable to the realities of human life, such as :

1. Stephen Hawking's "A Brief-er History of Time , w/ Leonard Mlodimow,"

2. Roger Penrose's " The Road to Reality - A Complete Guide to the Laws of the Universe,"

3. Leon Lederman's "GOD Particle - if the Universe is the Answer, what is

the Question?" w/ Dick Teresi,

4. Steven Weinberg's "Dreams of A Final Theory," and 5. Leonard Susskind''s "Cosmic Landscape," and so on and so forth.

But then, still yet human efforts come short of finding the ultimate solution. We may

refer to the concise, very factual statement of Rev. Herbert W. Armstrong to

this effect - no less no more; this is found in the last page of this article.

Again, this is not the time that we simply disregard our five (5) physical senses <including

the other five(5) non-physical senses> only to repeat the 2370 B.C.E. Global Judgment by 2036 A.D. up to 2048 A.D. or 2050 A.D. in some other forms as mentioned earlier !

And worst yet without acting on it to full responsibility by solving it to-day – decisively. When that worst

thing happens then it is the last & the 6th

Major Global Mass Extinction> to happen then we all fail to prove that we are human beings… yet in some un-

natural phenomena so unbearable for us, humans, to experience – to our endless regrets; very much to our

shameless acts of inhuman follies contrary to the Laws of Nature or simply expressed as the Final Law

of Nature. Modern scientists, philosophers, engineers, mathematicians, and academicians alike have now

recognized the existence of this Final Law from the standpoint of the Supreme Intelligent Design

of Nature. For one, World‟ s top surgeon, physician Dr. Robert J. White, concluded:

“I am left with no choice but to acknowledge the existence of a Supreme Intellect,

responsible for the design and development of the incredible brain-mind relationship

– something far beyond man‟ s capacity to understand … I have to believe all this had an

intelligent beginning, that Someone made it happen.”

With or without religion, not to mention after all what Dr. Albert Einstein‟ s famous conviction on

Religion & Science if both go on separate ways resulting to blindness or lame, etc. Or, in the words of Nobel

profound statement about the Supreme Intelligent Design of Nature in Chapter11: “What About GOD” , p.242. Par.1 of his book: Dreams of A Final Theory.1994; and it reads:

“ Whatever one‟ s religion or lack of it, it is an irresistible metaphor to speak of the

final laws of nature in terms of the mind of GOD. ”

Truth” up to recent findings by Sir Nicholas Stern Report 2006 < commissioned by British Chancellor

Gordon Brown>, which factually presents unchecked global warming – alone – can destroy World Economy thru famine, drought, & flood etc., at the costs of which greater than combined effects of The Great

Depression in the 1930‟s, & the two World Wars (WW1 & WW2)! Stern Report 2006 concludes:

“..if we delay just 10 or 20 years, the costs[ effect ] will be much higher, the risks much

greater. With strong & urgent action, governments, businesses, individuals working

together can safeguard our future growth & prosperity. We must not waste this opportunity. Our Children‟ s future depends on what we decide now…”

The 6th Major Global Mass Extinction - Can we stop this ...? And we all cannot escape from the fact that we are living in the most critical period of human

survival. Dr.Robert Kovach, brilliant scientist in the field of Natural Disasters, or Catastrophes, with

Dr. Mc Guire, in their book, “Guide to Global Hazards”, has acceded to this fact. That faith and

action can never be compromised to exclude one from the other. All humanity is involved… we all must act now.

warning message before anything worst disaster happens in us.

Yes, water, because Nature smartly puts in water the main factor of the Formulae Solution to

solve Global warming;hence let’s take a lesson from this <it is hoped we will..>:

2006 Study Report by UN Global Waters Assessment which reveals „ health of oceans

has been stressed to alarmingly unbalanced & critical biological condition ‟ caused by man-made

pollutions <air, land & water pollutants>. It can trigger global conflicts in human life basic needs: foods, & health of each human being on Earth. This can cause fatal effect to human biological conditions resulting to death by millions & billions …

Earlier studies/surveys by world experts headed by Dr. Klaus Toepfer of UNEP in his GEO-3

Report 2002, finally warned all of us: “ Fundamental changes are possible & required…..It

would be a disaster to sit back & ignore the picture painted.” Yes, this is not a joke. We are very

much like to that Noah‟s Time way way back in 2370 B.C.E.!

Just recently, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reports that 2003 is closed as the deadliest

year for earthquakes since 1990, 25 times more fatal than 2002! On the average, 18 major earthquakes ( magnitude of 7.0 to almost 7.9!) & 1 great earthquake ( 8.0 or higher ) each year worldwide. And that several million earthquakes occur in the world each year. It‟ s getting stronger … the trends show. pollutants in Asia causes extensive decline of air quality which has both regional & global impact that can put human health & life at total risk!

What about the Scientific Evaluations of These

presents the damaged <mathematically predictable> variables of Bio-ecosystems of the World that

No less than the IPCC‟s 4th Assessment Report provides us, on current trends, factual warning of global

scale: climate change in the form of worsening global warming can cause droughts, storms, floods, that will lead

to hunger, diseases, and homelessness of scale that no country can escape! This can bring miseries & deaths to

millions & billions of peoples worldwide just decades ahead! And recently, the Bali Summit on UN

Framework Convention on Climate Change ( UNFCCC) 2008, with some 190 nations agreed that there is, indeed, an inconvenient truth about Climate Change which is: Global Warming is a fact.

Humans bear inescapable responsibility for it. Hence, UN Chief Ban Ki-Moon issued his ultimate assessment

on Climate Change:

“The time for doubt has passed. What we do about it will define us, our era, and ultimately the global legacy we leave for future generations.”

Now, if we ask Nobel Prize Winner Joshua Lederberg : Are we better off today than we were a century

ago? ” He replies: “ In most respects, we‟ re worst off! We have been neglectful of the microbes, and that is a recurring theme that is coming back to haunt us …” Yes, internally we have been subject to constant deadliest

threat of pandemic diseases of greater viral infections. WHO statistics shows millions & millions die of six

undefeated killer diseases: HIV/AIDS, Diarrhea, Malaria, Pneumonia, Measles, & Tuberculosis! Hence,

describes the current situation as “… an epidemic of microbial resistance ..”

What‟s the Essence of this Fact of Human Survival ?: History, again ….?
