Established in 1984 single handed by Sheik Abdullatif H. Abuljadayel It was started by acquiring with worldwide known brands, HACH- For Water Quality and CHEMSEARCH- Industrial Maintenance Chemicals and ever since then as per growing market demands for Water Sector in the Kingdom, more product line been acquired as a comprehensive organization offering more products for Lab requirements.

And for 34 years as Establishment, at the year of 2017, it had been transformed to be as a Closed Joint Stock Company and named as Abdullatif H. Abuljadayel & Sons Company with more than 27 brands handling the chemical & water quality instruments.
