Datblygu amcan y prosiect Developing the project aim

The aim should state the overall purpose of the project expressed in simple language

E.g.To improve young people’s health and involvement in the community

Should be something applicants can achieve or at least strongly influence

What is the purpose of monitoring?

• To check that the project is achieving its outcomes and milestones

• To check if the project is compliant with the grant contract

• To agree any changes to projects outcomes and milestones

• Projects have to provide monitoring information as part of their grant contract
