I love your logo. So. Much. (note: THANKS! It’s my tattoo!)
There's not enough swearing. I'm from New York. More fucks, please.
I found it entertaining and all the proper information was easy to locate and read. Well balanced graphics design.
Maybe slightly bigger type and a little more colorful for contrast...just a suggestion
First time here and haven't even seen a bar
Burlap bags for padding (keeps the soaps nice and are re-usable)
A card thanking the purchaser for their purchase and asking them to leave a review
A bumper sticker:
A micro-chicken:
It is not a small amount of packaging.
We want people to be joyfully surprised when they get their soap.
I loved it! It was like getting

I even got compliments on the packaging when giving them to my director friends. They said the burlap bag may end up in the shoot!
Fun it's like a party in a box.
I LOVE the chicken, and the handwritten note. A lot.
It's good. but maybe lose the chicken and make the stickers optional?
I liked the surprises in general.
Ordering soap online is a slippery slope to ordering vaccinations online. (ok, smartass…)
The burlap bag is cool, but I don't need it every time.
The TY note is always a great touch
no comments about packaging, perhaps if there were less of it; shipping prices would reduce. shipping is the killer
I don't need all the burlap bags. They are cute, but wasteful.
I don't remember it. I do remember thinking that there was too much stuff (packaging) in box. The bumper stickers, bag, twine, chicken got tossed. Sorry.
I would still buy from the
website.
Not sure.
I would buy from a local
store.
I would buy from this store:
(store name and city,
please)
Cambridge Naturals, Cambridge, MA
Mothers market, Santa Ana, CA
Green Zebra Grocery. Portland, OR
Spatula City (no idea…)
Whole foods, HEB

it was the best thing ever.
I had some tech issues trying to order but otherwise it was rad.
I wanted to see all the soaps on one page.
Some typos.
I'm not always sure which section what I want is in. And it's hard to find old blog posts of yours.
Absolutely, utterly hilarious - I love it!
I thought we talked about this slippery slope. Were you even listening?
It was pretty good. I know it will evolve. There were a couple hiccups but nothing I couldn't surmount.
While easy, yes, the site could be just a shade more clearly organized. Sometimes I'm not sure what's "lifestyle" and what's "nature." An alphabetical list somewhere would be helpful and awesome. (there’s one in the footer now. Thanks for the advice!)
I think there's room for improvement but overall it was easy to find what I needed and order.
The new website is worlds better!

I like the pit bull puppy that comes with each bar.
The scents you create are better than anywhere - and scented stuff usually gives me a headache. :) Also, the names of the soaps and your lovely faces
I love the whole ethos of Outlaw. I always use handmade soaps so it's great to have another place to buy from - keep it mixed up.
That it's handmade, American made, has scents that non-others have and good to my skin.
The fragrances are awesome and clearly a well formulated recipe which doesn't dry out the skin or leave any residue whatsoever. We love our soaps but dave clearly loves scents we do not use so if we are going to purchase soap outside of the home, it is only from you
It makes me want to lather and shower even AFTER I have lathered and showered. A lot of your soaps don't appeal to me but the ones that do are fantabulous and I am addicted to like a fat kid on cake.
The collection of scents. They're fantastic, unique, and not too "feminine" or fruit-filled. Also: chickens.
Completely unique approach to soap. Please don't ever make a Lilac or Rose scented soap. Seriously. Ever. Stop thinking about it. For real, STOP! But i would love to see your take on tropical scents, cause that would be killer!
I love the way your soap smells and how it is produced. I think you put a lot of care into your soap and business. And you guys are pretty funny.
I liked the manliness of the soap. If there were more men in my family I would purchase often. I would like to see Outlaw soap offered locally. Perhaps Bikersfieldor Boot Barn would do well to carry Outlaw Soaps!
glitter - lots and lots of glitter
I want to support my friends' endeavor, and the soaps smell awesome and clean me up real good! Plus, I'm only buying stuff that is sustainable and has carefully chosen ingredients, like the way you all make it.
I love the smell. Finally a manly soap that smells like a real man.
Shipping is too expensive. We agree and are working on addressing this.
We are probably going to raise the price of soap in March and donate a percentage of our sales to the ASPCA and LEAP, based on your vote.
We will continue to do our best to meet your needs, because we very much appreciate having you as customers.
Thank you so much for helping us drive the business. It means more than you could know.
