Monday Nov. 26 (Chongqing)
The Ba Nan District government is co-organising the Tuesday conference. The Consulate finds
cooperation with this district particularly attractive as it has high attention to developing the nursing
home industry. Separate information about Ba Nan will be sent to all participants. The district plans new
capacity building of up to 18.000 new nursing home beds, making Ba Nan a leading district in the sector,
and a high potential district for Danish cooperation

10.15-12.30 Meeting with the Ba Nan local government and property developers on high level, for
discussion and status on Ba Nan’s ambitious goals.

15.30-17.30 FREE SCHEDULING/TIME in the same meeting room. For example, this time can be used to
hold BTB meetings with local companies that you have special interest to meet, so called
in-depth one-to-one meetings with 1-2 specially selected local business partners
(distributors, schools, architects, operators, developers and so on). Upon request, the
Consulate can help with the identification of relevant partners to invite.
17.30 Transport back to Radisson Hotel by bus. After a brief stop at the hotel, the bus will
continue to the main city centre of Chongqing (Jie Fang Bei), where staff of the Danish
consulate will find a place for dinner, and give a quick tour of the Consulate’s office. Danish
participants with no plans for the evening are free to join. No pre-notice is necessary.
18.00- FREE SCHEDULING/TIME. Possible to continue the dialogue from the afternoon during
individually arranged dinner.

Setting: Along the conference room walls, each Danish company has a table and chairs, and a company
banner. At the tables there will be a possibility for dialogue with local participants from 11.00-17.00. In
the middle of the conference hall, there will be sufficient chairs to hold 150 local guests.
