1992: Founded Forchn Trading Company

It's the predecessor of Forchn

Holdings Group, mainly focus

on raw building material

trading business. It was one of

the main sand and stone

supplier in Shanghai Pudong's

infrastructure development

1995: Transformed into a Building Material Producer

With Yushan production base completed in 2013, the Group

expanded into steel structure products; Established the

Hangzhou Zetong Module Co. in 2016, and launched the PC

integrated board production line in 2016.

Prefabricated Components

Hangja's products including autoclaved aerated concrete

series, steel structure series, module platform series, and

PC+ALC prefabricated components.

One Belt One Road Initiatives

Hangjia actively explored overseas markets. Its products have entered into: Australia, India,

Singapore, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Maldives and others. Over 20% of its products were sold

overseas.

In 2017, following the One Belt One Road initiative, our products were sold to Pakistan for the

construction of the No. 2 and No. 3 of the Karachi Nuclear Power Plant.

2007: Hangzhou Zhang Xiao Quan (杭州张小泉）

Acquired Hangzhou Zhang Xiao Quan through

capital injection. Zhang Xiao Quan is a China's

Time-Honored Brand with over 400 year history.

2009: Knife, Scissors & Sword Museum

Hangzhou was identified by UNESCO as the Capital of

Craft and Folk Arts. Zhang Xiao Quan's knife and scissors

were displayed at the Chinese Knife and Shearing Sword

Museum.

2010: Zhang Xiao Quan Hardware Technology Park

Grand opening in 2011. Total investment has reached

RMB 920 million. It covers a land area of 271 mu.

2015: Fully Merged Hangzhou and Shanghai Zhang Xiao Quan. Started Full Integration and Band Repositioning

2017: Launched the Smart Logistics Ecosystem Project “Wang Ying Wu Lian”

Together with the Zheshang Industrial and Finance Group 浙商产融, Forchn launched the Wang Yin Wu Lian

project. It is an intelligent supply chain ecosystem that covers major cities, industries, and consumers. The

total investment will reach RMB 11 billion. The project also identified RuYi Cang to be its warehouse

manager.
