as Atelier ist ein kleineres, intimeres Restaurant mit 25 Sitzplätzen sowie einem durch

eine von Künstler Dirk Vander Eecken bearbeitete, mobile Wand abgetrennten „Privé“ mit 8 Sitzplätzen und einer kleinen, in japanischen Ahorn und Buchs sowie in drei groß gewachsene Feuerahorne einge-betteten Terrasse mit 6 Plätzen, dem „Si-lent-Garden“. Im Atelier wird Küchenchef Steffen Mezger mit seinem Team Gour-metküche mit einer Auswahl von zwei Menus (mit möglichen Varianten), an fünf Abenden in der Woche, von Dienstag bis Samstag anbieten und die Gäste mit raf-finierter saisonaler Cuisine mit regionalen und mediterranen Einflüssen verwöhnen.

Das Garden, das Hauptrestaurant, hat einen Bereich innerhalb des hohen Wintergartens mit 50 Innenplätzen und einem Außenbereich unter einer Pergo-la aus Blauregen und Clematis mit 40 Plätzen und Fußböden aus primär ört-lichen traditionellen Steinen - Kirchhei-mer Muschelkalk und Dietfurter Dolomit - welcher auch vereinzelt im Innenbe-reich Anwendung findet. Auch ein Pri-vatsalon mit ca. 20 Plätzen und offenem Kamin ist vorhanden, der „Garden-Salon“. Das Garden ist nach der lang-jährigen Tradition der Gastlichkeit im Bayerischen Hof jeden Wochentag ge-öffnet, mittags wie abends, es werden zeitgenössisch interpretierte Klassiker und leichte Speisen mit südländischen Einflüssen serviert.

Zusätzlich können die Gäste, egal wel-ches Restaurant sie aufsuchen, an einer in diesem Ensemble sich befindlichen, Atelier-Bar mit Platz für 12 Personen oder in einer kleinen Lounge mit offe-nem Kamin und einer großen, für den Stil von Axel Vervoordt typisch gemütli-chen Couch noch ihren Aperitif trinken, bevor sie zu Tisch gehen.

Ministry of Sound is a nightclub in London, England and an associated record label and events brand. It was ranked seventh in the 2013 DJ Magazine top 100 clubs poll and has won the IDM ‘World’s Best Sound System’ award 4 years in a row

Inspired by New York’s Paradise Garage, Ministry of Sound’s London nightclub came from DJ Justin Berkmann, who set out to create London’s first club devoted to the American house music scenes of New York, Chicago and Detroit, with a room purely dedicated to sound. Berkmann stated: "My concept for Ministry was purely this: 100% sound system first, lights second, design third (in that order); the reverse of everyone else’s idea." Berkmann partnered with James Palumbo and Humphrey Waterhouse to realise the concept and a site, a disused bus garage, was located in Elephant & Castle in Southwark, London. The club opened on 21 September 1991.

With opening sets from American house DJs such as Larry Levan, David Morales, C+C Music Factory, Roger Sanchez and Tony Humphries, a 150dB sound-system built by Aus-ten Derek, Ministry of Sound London quickly grew in popularity as a club-bing venue, despite the lack of an al-cohol license for the first three years and notoriously strict door policies.

Since April 2008, Fridays have been hosted by The Gallery, with sets from leading hard house and trance DJs. Saturdays are Ministry of Sound’s long-standing Saturday Sessions with house, electro and techno sets from popular DJs including; Fedde Le Grand, Armin Van Buuren, Base-ment Jaxx, MK, Laidback Luke and Benny Benassi . Ministry of Sound London also hosts a range of other

parties and events during the week and is available for private hire.

The club comprises five main are-as; the 103, the Baby Box, the VIP and the Loft and the Box, the latter housing the club’s primary sound-system, with a specially-built roof to contain sound and a sprung floor in-tended to enable clubbers to dance for many hours without tiring, inspi-red by the dance floor at the Paradise Garage.

The club also have a roster of re-sident DJs that regularly feature at club nights and international events throughout the year.
