3.  Each applicant must make only one visa feepayment per advice slip. Print one copy of thisadvice slip and submit it to the teller at the BBVAbranch.

4.  The BBVA teller will give a receipt for yourpayment.

5.  Once the payment has been made, you mayreturn to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ and enterthe CGI reference number to schedule yourappointment (at 11am the following businessday).

INSTRUCCIONES PARA CAJEROS DE BBVA

1.  Choose the number of agreement 1502 ‘Solicitud deVisa Americana’

2.  Please verify the CGI Reference number and dollaramount and collect the correct VEF amountcorresponding to the CGI reference number. DO NOTACCEPT USD.

3.  Please issue a receipt for all payments.4.  The payment receipt must contain a bank reference

number.

2.  Solicite la instrucción de pago al cliente e indique el número decédula del depositante en la referencia 1 y el número dereferencia CGI en la referencia 2, para procesar el pago en elconvenio.

3.  Revise el importe en bolívares (VEF) indicado en la instrucciónde pago entregada por el cliente, recaude la cantidad correctaen bolívares (VEF), Estos pagos no son reembolsables.

4.  Entregue copia de la papeleta de depósito al cliente y lainstrucción de pago una vez procesado el pago.
