En atención al Oficio N° 108-DGANT-SDE-2016, del 18 de Mayo de 2016, la Embajada de laRepública de China (Taiwán) en Honduras, remite las firmas autorizadaspara los certificadosdeorigen del Tratado de Libre Comercio entre la República de China (Taiwán), la República de ElSalvadory la República de Honduras emitidos por la Cámarade Comerciode Kaoshiungy por laSouthernTaiwanSciencePark Bureau, Ministry of Scienceand Technologyen Taiwan.

En ese sentido se les adjunta copia del documento con las firmas de Chamber of CommerceKaoshiung,con fecha de valideza partir del 23 de mayo del 2016.

Se les recuerda que es obligación de cada Administrador de Aduana dar fiel cumpliento a lasdisposiciones aquí contenidas, y hacerlas del conocimientomediante firma a todo el personal asu cargo, su contravenciónserá sancionadade conformidada la legislación correspondiente.

Tengo a bien dirigirme a usted, en atención a los Oficios 105/5040 y 105/5041 de laEmbajada de la República de China (Taiwán) en Honduras, mediante el cual se remiten lasfirmas autorizadas para los certificados de origen emitidos por la Cámara de Comercio deKaoshiung y por la Southern Taiwan Science Park Bureau, Ministry of Science andTechnology en Taiwán.
