1. このパーツマニュアルは、製品の構成部品を各装置別に収録しています。また、標準装備部品だけでなく、アタッチメント部品なども収録されています。
2. 補用部品などを注文される時は、下記事項をご連絡ください。注文内容が不明確な場合、供給に時間が掛かる恐れがあります。a) 部品番号(Part No.)と部品名称(Part Name)b) 必要数量(Q.ty)c) 機械の号機(Ser. No.)d) エンジン番号、サービスメーターの時間(注) 注文された部品番号に対して代替可能な部品番号が存在する場合、代替部品番号で供給することがあります。
3. パーツマニュアルの見方a) 本篇ではグループ単位で説明がされており、イラストページとリストページにて記載されてます。
イラストページには、その装置の部品が図解されており、Key No.を付けてあります。(注)イラストは、簡易形状を表しますので、実物と異なる場合もあります。
リストページには、イラストページで示すKey No.の部品番号や部品名称が記載されてます。また、組込部品などは、Key No.にサブ番号を付加してあります。
b) 数量は原則として1台分の個数が入っていますが、組立構成部品およびグループの場合は、その構成の個数が記載されています。ARで記載されているものは、実機に合わせて数量を確定する必要があります。
c) 互換性(I.C.)欄に記載されている番号の意味は次の通りです。A…新部品は旧部品の代わりに使用出来ますが、旧部品を新部品の代わりに 使用することは出来ません。B…新部品、旧部品とも互換性なし。C…廃止D…新規追加になった部品E…新部品、旧部品いずれも取付け使用出来ます。Q…数量変更
d) 適用号機(Applicable Ser. No.)欄には、その行に記載の部品が使用されている号機(Ser. No.)が表示してあります。空欄の場合は、表紙に記載の号機(Ser. No.)から使用可能です。
e) 備考(Remarks)欄には部品の規格、寸法等を示しています。寸法は原則としてmm単位ですが、mmの文字は省略してあります。
f) 部品番号欄に*印のある部品については、製品の特性や機能などに影響を及ぼす恐れがある為補用部品としての設定はありません。イラストは説明のため記載されています。
