ORDER

The OSD & Ex. Officio Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, Department ofPanchayat & Rural Development has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 10,91,40,750.00 (Rupeesten crore ninety one lakh forty thousand seven hundred fifty) only vide G.O. No.387(Sanction)-RD/IAY/17F-06/2012 dt. zs'' March, 2014 for implementation of constructionof dwelling units under the scheme "ADHIKAR" under Special BRGF which is kept in theAdhikar Paschim Medinipur Zilla Parishad Savings Bank account of UBI, Sepoybazar branch,Midnapore.

Out of the said fund, an amount of Rs. 127.125 (Rupees one crore twenty seven lakhtwelve thousand five hundred) only is hereby released as advance and as i" installment @Rs. 37,500/- in favour of the beneficiaries containing account number of Binpur-II,Chandrakona-I, Salboni, Dantan-I, Mohanpur, Narayangarh, Chandrakona-Il, Nayagram,Gopiballavpur-II, Jhargram, Pingla, Kharagpur-II & Sankrail Panchayat Samitis as perenclosed list submitted by the respective Panchayat Samiti, for implementation ofconstruction of dwelling units under the scheme Adhikar under Special BRGF. The ExecutiveOfficer is requested to collect the cheque from the cash section of Zilla Parishad fordistribution directly to the beneficiaries and submit the utilization certificate to theundersigned.
