Leaf Separator
Leaf filter separators are the optimized products with high
working efficiency, low prices and easy maintenance type to
remove liquid impurity substance in gases and water vapors.
Leaf, as the most impartment component, can be made up of
different kind of guiding sheets which can be made of
carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum or different
working environment required. .
Leaf Separating Principle
Gas will be separated into various vertical style gas flowing
by the leaf when flowing into the leaf separator. Each gas
part flows in a changeable direction. With the strong impact,
liquid impurity substance in the gas will be attached to the
leaf wall and fall down to the container, due to the gravity
influence and will be exclude outside when gathered to some
extent. .

Remarkable points:
Experiments demonstrate 97% liquid impurity substance
will be removed by the leaf products; the remaining
minimal size liquid impurity substance will be gradually
gathered into bigger size and fall down to the leaf groove.

Filter Separator Working Efficiency
Three steps filter separating process for cartridge
leaf filter separator:
Step 1 Gravity separating
Gas flows into the filter body from inlet pipe.
With the strong impact toward the shell surface or cartridge
frame, impurity substance in big size will be screened from
gas;
Step 2 Screening holes separating
Rechargeable filtering devices are equipped at the head side
of the separator. The type and efficiency level can be chosen
by different working requirement.
Solid impurity substance in minimal size will be removed
and gathered into mist style stuff.
XFS, YFS and YGF cartridge leaf filter separators with high working efficiency in 100% working efficiency for liquid impurity substance 8~10 ; 99.5% working efficiency for liquid impurity substance 0.5~8 ; 100% working efficiency for dry solid impurity substance 3 ; 99.5% working efficiency for dry solid impurity substance 0.5~3 . .
