With these words of wisdom by the founder, and

the competence of his successors, Haji Hassan

Group is managed by his descendants, who are

armed with the same sense and commitment,

innovation, community and responsibility as his.

Haji Hassan’s success story began with many struggles and hardships, but he

overcame them all. He succeeded in the construction industry and became the

first to establish a chain of factories. Amidst a competitive commercial market,

Haji Hassan embarked on a challenging journey towards success, from his

humble roots in the village of A’ali to the hub

of business in the Kingdom’s capital, Manama.

The group had been in existence since

the emergence of the construction and

infrastructure industries during the fifties

and sixties. During this period, Haji Hassan

had the vast potential and opportunities;

and so he ventured in the business armed

with his success philosophy and founded the

first Asphalt Factory in Bahrain in the 60s,

which was the starting point for Haji Hassan

who became one of the biggest successful

entrepreneurs in the country. During that

time, he introduced to the country the use

of specialized machineries for reclamation

and excavation. In the 70s, he expanded his

business by founding a large-scale Readymix

and another Precast factories, followed by

the establishment of a block-manufacturing

factory and more.

Today it is a diversified conglomeration of complementary businesses, which

has been serving the construction and industrial services sector in Bahrain.

It became the foundation of Haji Hassan’s growing empire, which soon

transformed him into an iconic symbol in the industry, as the largest provider of

excellent standard construction services to both the public and private sectors

in the Kingdom. Haji Hassan Al A’ali pursued his goals diligently one at a time,

aided by his methodical, perceptive and insightful qualities. Over a period of

time, he established the Haji Hassan Group and eventually ventured into the

construction and infrastructure industries, commencing in the ‘Noora’ Trade.

برز الحاج حسن بفضل عقله الفذ وقدرته على مواكبة ليرسم والسريع المتغير االقتصادي المشهد وتيرة على ملموسة طفرة ويدخل النجاح خطوات بذلك ينتمي التي عالي قرية فعلت كما البحرين اقتصاد إليها، والتي اشتهرت بصناعة الفخار منذ آالف السنين، فاستمد قوته من تلك الحرفة حيث عمل منذ صغره في صناعة "النورة"، وهي مادة محلية الصنع تتمثل في حتى بالماء تبريده ثم ومن الجيري الحجر تحميض يصبح مسحوقا أبيضا يستخدم كمادة لدهن الجدران. وتعتبر صناعة النورة والفخار إحدى بصمات التاريخ التي ما زالت ماثلة أمامنا على الرغم مما اعتراها من تغيير وتطوير منذ نشأتها قبل آالف السنين، والتي تحمل في

طياتها هوية حضارية لسكان تلك القرية.

Haji Hassan was able to rise above his situation

in A’ali village, through his gift of intellect,

drive and the flexibility to keep up with a fast

changing economic landscape. As a young

man in a village famous for pottery making,

he utilized his special skills and determination

in order to excel and earn a living. Later on, he

was part of venturing the 'Noora' Trade, an

industry that catalyzed the development and

acquired a reputation for A’ali village, since

it began in the area a thousand years ago.

‘Noora’ is a substance derived from roasting

limestone, and cooled with water until it

becomes a white powder that serves as an

ingredient in wall paints.

It was a significant phase in the life of Haji

Hassan, the time when he fulfilled his greatest

goal as pioneer and founder of Haji Hassan

Group.

The marvelous success attained by Haji Hassan Group started in 1952. Today, it

had grown with more than 13 divisions engaged in the manufacture of various

construction materials for the Kingdom’s infrastructure projects. One of the

most important achievements of the Group is founding the Asphalt Factory,

to provide street interlocking paving bricks services in the sixties in partnership

with ‘Barbar Green’ Plant. It was such a huge leap that it immediately propelled

the Group to the pinnacle of the construction industry. After prevailing against

foreign competition, the Asphalt Factory became the first of its kind Bahraini

factory founded using Bahraini capital; as such, it was named Bahrain Asphalt.

Alongside an ever-expanding scope of work, the group also entered into joint

ventures with foreign companies such as ‘Wimpy’, in undertaking projects on

the expansion of Bahrain International Airport as well as many other street

interlocking paving bricks projects that became a great part of the architectural

revolution and hastened the growth of the Kingdom.

The Group eventually established Haji Hassan Readymix and Bahrain Precast

Concrete companies after its eventual success.

These factors heavily contributed to the

projects of the Ministry of Works, among

others. Haji Hassan Group aims to induce a

commercial boom in the Kingdom by building

shopping malls such as Delmon Center and Al

A’ali Shopping Complex.

Today, Haji Hassan Group is considered a

pioneer in the Readymix concrete industry in

the Kingdom as well as a leading supplier of

blocks.

وساهمت في عمليات التنمية.

مصنع إنشاء وأيضا المخلوطة للخرسانة مصنع إنشاء فكرة تبلورت بعدها؛ للخرسانة مسبقة الصب بعد النجاح الباهر الذي حققه مصنع األسفلت. وكان لمصنع

مشروعات في متعددة إسهامات الخرسانة ذلك؛ تال عدة. أخرى ومشاريع اإلسكان وزارة السوق في طفرة إحداث إلى المجموعة توجه التجاري من خالل االستثمار في إنشاء المجمعات التجارية كمجمع دلمون الواقع في قلب المنامة

ومجمع العالي الواقع في ضاحية السيف.

Bahrain Asphalt (BA), was established in the 1960s as the first

asphalt contractor in Bahrain. Today, it is considered a leader in the

implementation of prestigious projects in the public and private sectors.

BA operates to the highest international standards and enjoys ratification

by Bureau Veritas since 2005 for its dedication in maintaining quality

and safety in all its operations. The company is a pioneer in the fields

of production, research and development and is fully equipped with

modern laboratories and test equipments under the supervision of

qualified engineers and technicians. It is the first company in Bahrain

to produce Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB). The company has worked

on a range of major projects like Bahrain International Airport, Bahrain

International Circuit, third crossing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Bridge,

new runway and associated facilities in Sakhir Airbase, North Manama

Causeway, and many more.

Bahrain Asphalt established their first stone crushing plant in 1968 in Sanabis area, before relocating to Asker in 1977. The modern facilities allow Bahrain Asphalt to produce a wide range of aggregate products which include:

General Type B fill, Type A Road-base, Modified Type A Road-base,

and a full range of single size aggregates for use in drainage

and sewer construction. As well as Limestone dust for tile grout

production.

Bahrain Asphalt's Wet Mix Plants meets the demands of contract specific material specifications as equipped with a fully automatic control panel, produce homogeneous blended aggregates with the controlled addition of sand, cement, aggregates and water to produce a range of specialized aggregates and cement bound sub-base materials, with an output up to 240 tons per hour per plant.

Bahrain Precast Concrete (BPC) was founded in 1978. BPC holds a quality

management system Certification ISO 9001-2008 certified by DNV. The

company designs, produces and erects precast components inclusive

of pre-stressed Hollowcore slabs, cladding panels, external/internal

sandwich and solid load bearing panels, shear walls, columns, beams,

boundary walls and staircases. Finishing of the precast element can be

achieved by using pigmented concrete and colorful aggregates with either

sandblasting, retarding and acidwashing.

In line with the pioneering vision of its founding father, the late Haji

Hassan Al A’ali, Bahrain Blocks (BB) was founded in 1981 as the first blocks

factory in Bahrain. Haji Hassan started manufacturing the first wave of

concrete blocks in the Kingdom of Bahrain since 1950s. BB manufactures

and supplies all types of masonry concrete blocks and interlocking paving

bricks that adhere to national and international standards, such as the

Hollow Single Wall of 20cm and 19cm concrete block, Solid Single Wall

of 20cm and 19cm concrete block, and the Insulated Thermo Double

Wall block with 17 mm polystyrene inserts. Bahrain Blocks has achieved

a daily production capacity of 25,000, meeting the dramatic increase in

demand for concrete blocks that prompted Bahrain Blocks to purchase

new machineries throughout its lifespan with a major expansion of its

factory in 1985.

KRAH Bahrain was founded in June 2011, it produces HDPE Storm

Water and Sewerage Systems for both gravity and pressure applications.

The company utilizes “Flexible” pipeline technology from KRAH AG in

Germany and manufactures pipes, fittings, manholes, above/below

ground tanks and outfall/ intake lines in sizes ranging from 300 -

4,000 mm in multiple stiffness and pressure classes. These products are

commonly used by Government Authorities.

Krah Bahrain worked with the Main Contractor on the Ocean Outfall section of the project. It supplied the pipe requirements for the outfall line, which consists of 1,500mts of 1,600 mm ID solid wall HDPE pipe and a “Diffuser” system designed for the dispersal of the outflow from the Sewer Treatment Plant.

Krah Bahrain supplied the requirements for the sanitary sewer and drainage network of the Four Seasons Hotel located at Bahrain Bay. The project was originally designed to cater for reinforced concrete manholes and chambers. Krah supplied hundreds of units, in addition to installing the HDPE system.

Rizzani De Eccher و Six construct نفذت مجموعة الحاج حسن بالتعاون مع شركة بناء مشروع جسر شمال المنامة، والذي يتضمن تطوير شارع الملك فيصل وتقاطع

الفاتح إلى مستويين بتقاطع منفصل ببناء جسر علوي.

شمل العمل بناء جسر مزدوج بطول 1٫42 كم لكل عارض من الجسر، و8 امتدادات الطريق المسبق الصب، و2٫42 كيلومتر من الخرساني الجسر بطول 237 متر من المكون من ثالثة إلى أربعة مسارات وإعادة بناء 1٫6 كيلومتر من الطرق الحالية على

طول شارع الفاتح والتقاطعات مع شارع الملك فيصل.

ويعتبر المشروع أحد أكبر مشاريع البنية التحتية في البحرين، إذ يوفر مدخال مباشرا لخليج البحرين ومرفأ البحرين المالي.

HHG worked in joint venture with Six Construct and Rizzani De Eccher on the

construction of North Manama Causeway project, which included the upgrade

of King Faisal Highway / Al Fateh Junction into a 2-level grade separated

junction spanning 1.6 km, and constructed with an elevated flyover.

The work included the construction of a twin glued segmental viaduct,

measuring 1.42km each with single cell box girders, 8 span 237m long pre-

stressed concrete viaduct, 2.42 km three to four lane dual carriageway. It also

included the reconstruction of a 1.6km road along Al Fateh Highway and its

intersections with King Faisal Highway.

It is the highest valued Ministry of Works funded contracts to date, providing

access to Bahrain Bay and Bahrain Financial Harbor Harbor and link to the

proposed Northern Ring Road.

Haji Hassan Group, in a joint venture with Six Construct, successfully completed

work on the Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Bridge three months ahead of schedule.

The roadwork element comprises of a 6.4 km dual three-lane highway and

service road. The bridge width was set at 41 meters to accommodate a dual

three-lane carriageway and two service corridors and was completed in late

2004. Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Bridge is considered one of Bahrain’s strategic

highway links connecting the King Fahad Causeway through Sheikh Isa bin

Salman Highway to the new port and industrial area situated in Hidd. In

addition, it contributes significantly to the development and growth of the

Bahraini economy and facilitates the movement of internal and external trade

as the third bridge linking Manama with Muharraq Island.

Archirodon أركيرودون بالتعاون مع شركة البحرين أسفلت شركة ساهمت في تنفيذ جسر الشيخ عيسى بن سلمان كمشروع استراتيجي في البحرين. فاستطاع فريق العمل بناء ثالث مسارات بحرية مزدوجة بطول 260 متر وبناء 11 كم من الطريق السريع. يربط الجسر شمال جزيرة المحرق بالمنطقة الدبلوماسية في الجزء الشمالي من المنامة. تم اختيار تصميم الجسر بشكل

Haji Hassan Readymix has supplied over 250,000 m3 of high-grade

concrete using special aggregate products. Sitra Bridge and the new

interchange categorized by the Bahrain Ministry of Works as a critical piece

of infrastructure required for the country’s development, and designed as

a 100-year life-of-structure project.

The Sheikh Isa Bin Salman causeway connects North Muharraq with the

Diplomatic Area in the Northern part of Manama. The design of the bridge

with two sail-like structures was chosen to depict Bahrain’s traditional

pearl diving culture.

In association with Archirodon, who were responsible for the construction

of the 260 meters long cable stay bridge and dredging works, Bahrain

Asphalt constructed the 2.5 km dual three lane highway.

والذي الدولي البحرين بناء مدرج طائرات مطار البحرين في ساهمت شركة أسفلت أول مطار الدولي البحرين العام 2002م. ويعتبر مطار العام 1937م وجدد في أنشأ في دولي في منطقة الخليج وهو المطار الرئيسي الوحيد في المملكة. وخالل الفترة من مطار في كبرى مشاريع ثالثة تنفيذ على البحرين أسفلت شركة عملت 2011-2012م

البحرين الدولي:

- إعادة بناء طريق مدرج الطائرات )أغسطس 2002م - مارس2004م(.

- إعادة بناء المدرج الرئيسي للمطار)أبريل 2006م - ديسمبر 2007م(.

- بناء 10 ساحات جديدة للمواقف وممرات جديدة )أبريل 2008م -مارس 2011م(.

ساحات فقط، الطوارئ لحاالت مدرج جديدة، ممرات بناء المشاريع هذه وشملت HV & أنظمة المياه، إمدادات نظام الصحي، للصرف نظام محطات، بناء إسمنتية، LV وبناء محطات كهربائية فرعية وتطوير نظام اإلضاءة األرضية للمطار لمتطلبات

CAT II B بحسب منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي.

Bahrain Asphalt helped build the runway of Bahrain International Airport (BIA)

which was established in 1937 and renovated in 2002. BIA is the first international

airport in the Gulf region and the only major airport in the Kingdom. During the

period 2002-2011, Bahrain Asphalt had completed the following three major

projects at BIA:

1- Reconstruction of parallel taxiway (Aug 2002 – Mar 2004)

2- Resurfacing of live BIA main runway (Apr 2006 – Dec 2007)

3- Construction of 10 new apron stands and new taxiways

(Apr 2008 – Mar 2011)

These projects included the construction of new taxiways, emergency runway,

concrete aprons, drainage system, water supply system, HV & LV system,

electrical substations and upgrading of airfield ground lighting system to CAT II

B requirements as per ICAO.

Ever since Bahrain International Airport was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Haji Hassan had always been a partner in its construction and development projects. HH made a significant contribution in the construction of its first runway in 1937.

Bahrain Asphalt (BA) had been awarded the infrastructure and pavement

construction works for the First International Airshow held in Bahrain in

2010. BA completed this fast track project in a 6-month period which is a

commendable achievement. The project included earthworks, drainage works,

sewerage works, electrical works and lighting; as well as construction of access

roads, aprons, taxiways, airfield lighting, etc.

The first Bahrain International Airshow, held on January 21-23, 2010, attracted

major international companies specializing in military, civil aviation and support

services.

الحالي الطائرات لتطوير مهبط البحرين في 2006م عقدا منحت شركة أسفلت السالكين، مدارج بناء شملت والتي تشغيلية جوية قاعدة إلى بالصخير المدرجات، نظام الصرف الصحي، إضاءة المطار األرضية، اإلضاءة عالية الصاري، بناء برج المراقبة، محطة الكهرباء، أنظمة االتصاالت وغيرها. وشملت األعمال األسفلت من وممرات مدرجات من مربع متر و270٫000 مكعب متر 500،000 حفر وساحات المطار من الخرسانة والتي شيدت باستخدام أحدث التقنيات في هذا الكاملة الطرق أعمال شبكة أحيلت االنتهاء منها في 2008م وقد المجال. تم

“Bahrain Asphalt (BA) had been awarded a contract in 2006 to upgrade

the existing Airstrip to an operational airbase, which included construction

of runways, taxiways, aprons, drainage system, airfield ground lighting,

high mast lighting, control tower, electrical substation, communication

systems, etc. The work included 500,000 m3 of earth work, 270,000 m2

of asphalt runways and taxiways as well as concrete aprons which were

carried out using the latest technologies in the field. Upon completion of

the project in 2008, the execution of the complete road network in Sakhir

Airbase was also awarded to BA”.

ساهمت شركة أسفلت البحرين في بناء 5,500 متر من مضمار سباق حلبة البحرين الدولية و1،500 متر من طرق الخدمة، و2٫500 متر من االختبار البيضاوي وحفرة الممرات. كما السباق، مضمار توسعة أعمال في الشركة أيضا ساهمت 2004م، عام وفي 2010م، عام في (Drag Race) السباق مضمار بناء وإعادة لتصميم الشركة تعاقدت البناء والرصف خالل حيث تم إنجاز المشروع بفترة وجيزة وتم االنتهاء من عمليات

شهرين متواصلين باستخدام تقنيات خاصة.

Bahrain Asphalt (BA) has contributed to Bahrain International Circuit’s development

in the pavement construction of 5,500 meters of Race Track, 1,500 meters of

Service Roads and 2,500 meters of Test Oval and Pit Lanes. In 2004, BA has

also contributed in the “Track Extension Works”. The company was contracted

to design and reconstruct the Drag Race Track in 2010 and was accomplished

as a fast track project in 2 months by continuous interlocking paving bricks using

Concrete Interlocking paving bricks Train.

In addition, Bahrain Precast Concrete has designed, produced, delivered and

erected approximately 12,000 m2 of pigmented wall cladding panels on the team

and pit buildings and 2,100 m2 of grey panels at the multi-purpose building,

around 31,000 m2 of bleachers (on which the spectator’s seating is mounted) at

the grandstand and multipurpose building, 1,150 m2 solid slabs for the VIP tower,

6,490 m2 of colored concrete tiles at the VIP tower and 300 units of barriers.

Rigorous load-testing was conducted to ensure that the bleachers can withstand

the loads that they will be subjected to during the Grand Prix. Another challenge

was the erection of some cladding panels which are inclined at seven degrees to

the vertical facade incorporating window recesses and soffit panels.

Bahrain International Circuit is the race track situated in Sakhir in the Kingdom of

Bahrain, where Bahrain’s international Formula 1 Grand Prix is held.

السريع في يناير من العام 2006م وتم االنتهاء منه في يوليو من العام 2009م.

القاعدة وبإرساء طن مليون 1٫7 يقارب لما والرصف اآلسفلت أعمال الشركة نفذت الطرق لمواصفات وفقا وذلك طن 930٫000 يقارب بما السريع الدخان لطريق الفرعية السريعة والـQNBS. ولتحقيق مخرجات الـ 2nr من قدرة إنتاج أجود أنواع األسفلت بحوالي الالزمة. وباستخدام الساعة والتي تم إعداد كل واحدة بكافة ملحقاتها 240 طن في واألسطوانات (Hamm PTR) (6nr Vogele pavers) و تقنية رصف األسفلت باستخدام الفوالذية حيث وصلت الطاقة اإلنتاجية القصوى في اليوم الواحد الى 4٫000 طن لتتناسب

والجدول الزمني للمشروع.

Bahrain Asphalt (BA) executed the pavement works for The Dukhan Highway

project (west contract) which consisted of approximately 42 km of new highway

from Shahaniya to the Dukhan industrial area. Work included the construction

of a dual four-lane carriageway with grade-separated interchanges, 35 km of

surfaced collector distributor roads and another 32 km of unsurfaced roads.

The work commenced in January 2006 and reached completion in July 2009. BA

laid 1.7 million tons of asphalt and 930,000 tons of sub-base for this project in

accordance to Highway and QNBS specifications. To achieve this above outputs

2nr Asphalt plants having a production capacity of 240 tons/hour, each were

set up with all the necessary ancillaries. Continuous asphalt laying technology

using 6nr Vogele pavers and Hamm PTR and steel drum rollers were utilized and

the average output per day reached up to 4,000 tons to meet project schedule.

وخمس جزر )فيروز(، و يضم أكثر من 1٫000 فيال سكنية فخمة.

Durrat Al Bahrain is one of the biggest projects of Bahrain Blocks as we have

supplied 1,792,730 concrete block pieces for its structuration. This project is

located on the southern coast, and is linked with Manama by a new 25 km

highway of four lanes; dual carriage way constructed by our division, Bahrain

Asphalt. This 21 km2 master place has been designed as a residential and

commercial project and as a luxurious touristic resort in the Kingdom, offering

over 1,000 beautiful villas and consisting of a cluster of 13 spectacular islands

(seven “Murjan” islands and five “Fairouz” islands).

Bahrain Precast Concrete (BPC) designed, produced and erected approximately

7,600 m2 of 230 mm thick insulated external cladding panels in beige color

concrete with acid washed surface finishes. Work began in January 2009 and

was completed in April 2010.

Sofitel Bahrain is an exclusive resort which meets the needs of tourists and

businessmen. It is also the first hotel in the Gulf to perform treatment of sea

water.

Haji Hassan Readymix company has designed, produced and delivered

26,620 m2 of 1000 x 2500 x 100 mm thick cladding panels, including

variants, for the Main Four Seasons Hotel area. In addition to 1,880

m2 of corner cladding panels, 100 mm thick, 400 m2 of coping panels,

100 mm thick and 2,506 m2 of 600 x 1200 x 100 mm thick cladding

panels, including variants, for the Podium area.

Haji Hassan Readymix has supplied more than 50% of the concrete for

the structural requirement of Bahrain City Centre (BCC). In addition, HHR

designed, built and structured the access bridge, which is termed as

‘flyover’, from the highway to BCC’s fourth floor.

Bahrain Precast Concrete (BPC) introduced 500 mm of Hollowcore slabs

to cater to the requirements of this shopping cum hotel complex. BPC

designed, produced, delivered and erected approximately 22,000 m2 of

500 mm and 77,000 m2 of 265 mm thick Hollowcore slabs.

Bahrain Blocks (BB) has been the sole supplier of blocks in the construction

of BCC with the consumption of 1,181,600 blocks making it one of the

second largest single orders for the company.

In May 2014, BPC has completed erection of the last precast concrete

panel at 150.165 meters high for the world’s tallest precast concrete

superstructure building.

22 Story landmark Tower, which incorporates both traditional and modern

features, is cladded with 200 mm and 150 mm thick insulated and solid

white sandblasted panel supplied by BPC. It includes 1,700 cladding

panels and GRC (total area 10,785 m2)

يمكن القول بأن مسجد أحمد الفاتح )المعروف باسم المسجد الكبير( هو أضخم بناء تقليدي مميز في البحرين. يغطي المسجد مساحة تبلغ حوالي 150٫000 متر مربع، تنفيذ بدأ 70 مترا. يبلغ طولهما له منارتين و يبلغ قطرها 22 متر، و تتوسطه قبة مشروع بناء مسجد الفاتح عن طريق شركة C.C.I.C المعروفة عالميا في ديسمبر 1983م، و من أجل تشييد هذا البناء الرمزي تم اختيار شركة الحاج حسن للخرسانة

الجاهزة لتزويد المشروع بالخرسانة.

Arguably the grandest and most traditionally distinctive building in Bahrain is

the Ahmed Al Fateh Mosque (commonly referred to as the Grand Mosque). It

covers an area of 150,000 m2, it has a 22 meters diameter dome and two 70

meters tall minarets. Constructed by the internationally recognized company

C.C.I.C. which began in December 1983 and for such an important iconic

structure, they chose Haji Hassan Readymix as their supplier.

The project scope is to design, deliver and erect 12,000 m2 complex precast

insulated cladding panels due to its different radius, with a yellow pigmented

fairfaced finish for the cladding panels.

BPC also designed, supplied, delivered and erected precast beams, boundary

walls, paving tiles and hollowcore slabs.

Al Fateh Mosque

BPC has designed, produced, delivered and erected external cladding

panels with two finishing ie. sandblasted and fairfaced on beige colored

concrete for GOSI Complex, in addition designing, producing, delivering

and erecting Hollowcore slabs.

BPC has designed, produced, delivered and erected approximately

20,000 m2 Hollowcore slabs, 1,225 m2 insulated cladding panels, load-

bearing walls and GRC elements for 22 nos. of VIP Villas of one of the

world renowned luxury resorts.

الحاج الوطني من قبل شركة الصرح التحتية لمشروع مبنى البنية أعمال تنفيذ تم حواجز لصب الجاهز االسمنت من خليط توفير خالل من الجاهزة للخرسانة حسن مقوسة كبيرة من أجل بناء الحاجز البحري والمنصة والواجهة البحرية، الجدير بالذكر بأن تلك الحواجز تم صبها في موقع العمل نظرا لضخامة حجمها وصعوبة نقلها عن

طريق الشوارع الرئيسية.

يحمل هذا النوع من المشاريع طابعا خاصا وأتاح فرصة للشركة لكي تثبت إمكانياتها تلك لمثل والمطلوبة الدقيقة التقنية الجوانب مع التعامل في كادرها وخبرة والذي العمل المتنقل في موقع المصنع تركيب أسابيع تم المشاريع. في غضون 8 عزز بدوره الحصول على الموافقة الفورية من قبل الوزارة المعنية واإليذان بالبدء في األعمال التابعة. تطلب التصميم اختيار نوعية خرسانة خاصة لتكوين أسطح ملساء ذات شكل بارز وقوي مستخدمين مادة ال Silica وتقوية مبكرة تسمح بإدارة القوالب

ل 24 ساعة قبل استخدامها.

ساهمت شركة الحاج حسن للخرسانة الجاهزة في بناء معلم استثنائي آخر ينضم إلى الجائزة الوطني على البحرين البحرين حيث حاز مسرح الهندسية لمملكة اإلنجازات المسارح لتكنولوجيا األمريكي المعهد قبل من والمقدمة 2015م لعام المعمارية

(USITT) وذلك عن مساحات العروض االستثنائية.

مع بالتعاون باريس، في المعمارية الهندسة أستوديو قبل من المسرح صمم الشرق العروض في أكبر مساحات أحد المسارح في لندن، ويعد مستشاري مشاريع

األوسط.

تم افتتاح هذه التحفة المعمارية في عام 2012م والمطلة على واجهة البحر وتغطي 1٫001 شخصا وقاعة أخرى 12٫000 متر مربع وتحتوي على قاعة احتفاالت تتسع ل مساحة

أصغر تتسع ل 150 شخصا.

Construction of Bahrain’s National Assembly Building (BNAB) began with the

formation of the substructure. Ready mixed concrete was required for the

casting of mass blocks to form the sea walls for podium and lagoon promenade.

These blocks were too large to transport on public roads so they were to be

manufactured on site.

Haji Hassan Readymix (HHR) presented an opportunity to demonstrate how

expertise, experience and resources can lead to the rapid establishment and

Ministry approval of a site batch plant. Once the agreement was signed, HHR

poured approved concrete from the erected, commissioned and certified site

batch plant within 8 weeks. The mix design was specially developed to provide a

particularly smooth surface, high durability using Silica Fume and early strength to

allow 24-hour turn-around of moulds.

The shape of the lagoon was further enhanced by another Haji Hassan Group

Division, Bahrain Precast Company, who supplied red-hued coping blocks for sea

walls to reinforce the patriotic flavor of this iconic project.

Haji Hassan Readymix supplied concrete for yet another exceptional building that

adds to Bahrain’s architectural portfolio. The National Theatre has landed the

United States Institute for Theatre Technology’s (USITT) 2015 Architecture Award

for exceptional performance spaces.

The theatre was designed by Paris-based Architecture-Studio in collaboration with

Theatre Projects Consultants of London and is one of the largest performance

spaces in the Middle East.

Opened in 2012, the waterfront theatre covers 12,000 square meters and consists

of a 1,001 seat auditorium and a smaller 150 seat flexible studio theatre. The used

concrete mix was standard material, but it was required to form many of the

interesting shapes used in the theatre’s design.

Riffa Views International School

بلغت تكلفة هذا المشروع اإلجمالية أكثر من 12 مليون دينار بحريني، وتم االنتهاء و سياحية وجهة يمثل و المميز بموقعه المشروع هذا يتميز و 2006م، في منه للخرسانة حسن الحاج لشركة الخرسانة تزويد إيعاز وتم البالد. في بارزا معلما

الجاهزة.

تم تقسيم مشروع المكتبة إلى قسمين: المبنى األول يتألف من المكتبة الرئيسية، 250٫000 عنوان و المكتبة على المؤتمرات. تشتمل الثاني يحتوى على مركز المبنى و

مصادر صوتية و بصرية متنوعة.

Completed in 2006, Shaikh Isa Library occupies a prime location and serves as

a landmark for Bahrain, it was entrusted to Haji Hassan Readymix for concrete

supplies.

The library project was divided into two parts. Building A comprised of the

library, while Building B accommodates the main conference center. The library

houses over 250,000 titles and audio visual items.

Riffa Views International School is a part of the exclusive Riffa Views

development of a 70,000 m2 plot including an Olympic sized swimming

pool, Band and Chorus Hall, gymnasium and library.

During a period where Bahrain was experiencing shortages of sand

and cement, Haji Hassan Readymix’s procurement and stocking policies

ensured continuous supplies to the project.

The usual technical challenges that such a project throws up served as a

showcase for Haji Hassan Readymix’s capacity for, amongst other facets,

pool’s waterproof concrete and lightweight concrete for acoustic and

thermal insulation.

المعوقات، باإلضافة الى توفير صوامع إضافية لتخزين اإلسمنت األبيض ومنع تلوثه.

Completed in 2009, Riffa Views Country and Golf Club was constructed as part

of the exclusive Riffa Views development which uses the Royal Golf Course as a

focal point. Although there were generally routine technical challenges, such as

waterproof concrete for the pool, a particular requirement for white concrete

with an exposed aggregate surface finish allowed Haji Hassan Readymix to flex

their specialist muscles. Additional silos for stocking white cement, sourcing and

quarantine of selected white aggregate, plus special plant operations to prevent

concrete mix contamination were employed.

UPC Dubai supplied, delivered and erected (excluding cranage) of precast

concrete cladding panels. The precast elements are supplied with fully white

cement, exposed aggregate finish (with max. 1.5% color pigment) using white

aggregate.

BPC has provided tower design and fabrication in addition to supplying,

delivering, off-loading and erecting external precast concrete cladding units. It

has also provided podium design, fabrication, supply, delivery, off-loading and

erection of hollowcore slabs, precast band beams and wheel stopper.

UPC Dubai has supplied, delivered and erected the precast concrete

insulated panels, parapet (along with the external panels), load bearing

panels, non-load bearing panels, beams, solid slabs, staircase and hollow

core slab including Tower Crane.

concrete elements for columns and beams, in addition to 100 mm thick external

cladding panels and internal load bearing walls including stair core and lift core

walls and non load bearing walls, staircases, parapets and hollow core slab for

the 22 Buildings project for Links investments. The project contractor is Ali and

Sons Contracting.

American Academy project in Abu Dhabi, using Tower crane provided by

Main Contractor (Chicago Maintenance & Construction Co). All precast

concrete elements are supplied with fully grey cement fair faced finish

against steel mold.
