Greetings!
The Philippine Nursing Student’s Association Bicol Council is the most active Regional Nursing Association in the entire country. One of the organization’s objectives is to foster rapport, goodwill and closer cooperative relationship between the nursing students in the different schools and their professional counterparts as well as members of the allied profession in the health services.
A the term of the 13th Regional Executive Council is at its end, the said council would like to conduct a last General Meeting to wrap up everything before fully ending its term. It is also where the 14th Regional Executive council Elections would take place.
With this, we will again form another set of leaders that will sought to continue to move and ignite the organization that was created in the year 2000 under the auspices of the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing – Bicol and the Philippine Nurses’ Association – Bicol to serve as a link of nursing students and their professional counterparts in order to meet its objective of developing educational and social growth of its members.
In connection with this, we are asking for your permission for us to be allowed in conducting the said meeting and election in your institution. We will be having it this March 13, 2013 from 12 noon to 5 pm, at the Nursing Arts Laboratory, MPB of your campus. We assure you that we will clean and fix the room before we leave. It will also be our honor to conduct this annual district election in your institution.
