TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BECOMING A MEMMBER OF PIX MOVIE CLUB

Following are the terms and conditions (Terms) that are applicable for becoming a member of

PIX Movie Club (the Club):

1. The membership of the Club is strictly available for college going students in the agegroup of 15 years to 22 years, and the students must be holding valid student

identification at the time of registration. For purposes of clarity, only college students are

eligible for the membership of the Club.

2. In order to become a member of the Club, an applicant needs to furnish certain personaldetails like name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address, college

name, major undertaken, college ID No. etc. (each a Member and the term

Membership shall be construed accordingly). PIX reserve the right to verify such

information at any time before the registration and/or after the grant of Membership. PIX

have the right to use the personal information for sending promotional and marketing

information about the channel to the applicants.

3. The applicants can apply for the Membership only on the Website (defined below).4. PIX reserve the right in its sole discretion to refuse Membership to the applicants without

assigning any reasons thereof.

5. Grant of Membership is the sole prerogative of PIX, which can terminate suchMembership at any time if the Member is in breach of the terms and conditions as

contained herein or otherwise without assigning any reasons thereof.

6. After the grant of Membership, PIX shall send membership cards to the Members at theaddress specified at the time of registration (Membership Cards); save and except for

the months of May 2010 and June 2010, all the applicants who have successfully applied

for the membership shall be entitled to watch the movie by carrying the print out of their

registration form should PIX organizes a screening of a movie in accordance with the

Terms contained herein.

7. The Membership of the Club shall entitle the Members to watch the movies, screened byPIX in its sole discretion solely at the multiplex chains with which PIX will have tie-ups,at a discounted price of Rupees thirty only (Rs. 30) per person per ticket. PIX reserves the

right to revise the said price of the tickets at any time without giving a prior written

notice to the Members.

8. All Members have to strictly carry the Membership Cards along with their collegeidentification to the multiplex without which the Members shall not be allowed inside to

watch the movies.

9. Members shall pay the discounted price of the ticket as in effect on the date of screeningof the movie. The discounted tickets for the PIX screened movies shall be given onproducing or swiping the Membership Card at the ticket counter of the multiplex along

with showing a valid college identification card.

10. PIX shall endeavor to organize such screenings of the movies for the Members once in amonth. PIX is under no obligation to separately inform/notify the Members of the Club in

writing otherwise. All the information shall be available on the official PIX website

www.pixtelevision.com (Website) and all the Members shall be responsible for

checking the dates of the screenings of the movies on the Website.

11.The screenings of the movies shall be organized by PIX at any time during the day,including early mornings and weekdays.

12.There shall be limited seats for each screening of the movie, which shall be offered to theMembers on first-come-first-serve basis. Further PIX shall not be liable to the Members

if the screening of the Movie is cancelled on the scheduled date and in such a case, PIX

may or may not schedule the screening of the movie in that particular month.

13.PIX shall have the sole prerogative to decide what movies will be screened and nocommunication from the Members shall be entertained.

14.The Membership shall automatically operate to terminate if the Member ceases to be acollege student.

15.PIX is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided herein oron the Website or anywhere else. All information provided for the Membership and/or

Club is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PIX makes no representations and

disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to you and/or any

third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness,

completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

16.Under no circumstance shall PIX and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates orsubsidiaries, be liable to the Members and/or any third party for any loss and/or lost

opportunity and/or misappropriation of any kind, in indirect, special, consequential,

incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if PIX has been advised of the

possibility of such damages.

17.PIX reserve the right to amend or change the Terms governing the Membership for thePIX Movie Club.

18.Seeking Membership for the Club by the applicants shall be construed as an acceptanceof the Terms contained herein.

19.Members agree that they had all possible means to seek clarifications from PIX beforeapplying for the Membership.
