    masses.

    Payment of our foreign debt should be limited to a certain percentage of ourexport earnings.

    Implementation of an authentic and truly comprehensive agrarian reform program

    geared towards production and food security.

    Agrarian reform should be supplemented by a genuine countryside development

    program

    Formulation and implementation of programs to develop opportunities to Filipinosto own and or control big business enterprises

    Encourage and support the establishment of basic industries and promote rural

    development.

    Improve tax collection.

    Government corporations must be required to remit part of their net income to

    the national government.

    Social programs for the urban poor, the landless farmers,

    Promote genuine political reconciliation between and among the differentsectors in society.

    Attain an economy effectively controlled by Filipinos through the full

    development and employment of Filipino talents and skills.

    Restore respect for law and order, promote efficiency and climatic

    corruption in the administration of justice in our country. Eradicate poverty by ensuring that power, wealth and resources are used

    to promote the general welfare especially the poor who do not have the

    means to protect themselves and give priority to programs and projects

    that directly benefit the poor especially in the fields of education,

    agriculture, industry and commerce.
