Station

In the near future, all urban and suburban

railway counting system will replaced by

portable IC ticket according to a distance-based

charge system. The concept of the wicket will

disappear. The station will become a place not

only for travelers, but also open to all. Platform

will become a part of the Square. Long as it

can ensure safety, People can free access from

anywhere. Station space will become a new

urban square that opened to the city.

駅

近い将来に全ての都市近郊鉄道料金の清

算は携帯するICチップにより乗車距離に

応じて自動的に課金されるシステムとな

った。従って、改札口という概念は消え

去り、駅は乗客だけでなく、誰にも開か

れた場所となった。広場の一部としてホ

ームも存在し、安全さえ確保できればど

こでも自由に往来できる。駅空間は街に

開かれ、駅だからこその新しい都市広場

が出現する。

To compare with the typology of plaza from west

world, the broad bridge that both sides lined by street

vendors is the prototype of the Japanese city square. In

the pedestrian paradise in Ginza Tokyo, people are not

only moving in single direction on the board straight

avenue. People move back and forth between shops

beside, the flow of different directions staggered in

this wide avenue. Some people even put the chair in

the middle of the road and chat comfortably. Feel the

city square of modern Japan in this place.

広場

西洋の囲まれた広い都市広場と違い、両側に

店舗が並んている広い橋は原来日本が持って

いる都市広場のかたち。銀座歩行者天國広く

て真っ直ぐな道では、人々は単一方向移動す

るのではなく、両側にある店を行ったり来た

り、行ったり戻ったりして、真中にイスを置

いて、座っておしゃべり人もいた。この場所

の中に現代日本の都市広場を感じた。

The structure of speed

Yotsuya Station located in the outer moat ruins

in Edo period, where the Japan Rail Central Line

and the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line staggered.

Existing terrain and railway forms here an

incredible cave space in the city. Different speed

of the flow staggered in this 18m-depth cave

space . Including the outer moat tour trails, main

road, the Tokyo subway and the Japan Rail.

速度の構造

四ツ谷駅は江戸時代の外堀に絡むように設

置されており、JRや丸ノ内線が立体的に交

差している。その合間には昔の地形がその

まま残る不思議な空間が穴となって残って

いる。その高低差18ｍの穴の中には流れが

四層となっている。外堀遊歩道、メインス

トリート、地下鉄と国鉄。

THE INVITATION FROM THE CITY

THE BRIDGE

In the outer moat ruins, water flow replaced by

the flow of railway line. To create a bridge as

a plaza surrounded by the green on top of the

flow and also become the roof of the platform.

既存駅の窓から見えた風景。緑の背景に

高層ビル群の都市風景は現代都市広場の

要素である。こういった都市の誘いに

人々を参加させるべきだ。

The scene seen from the window of the existing

station. The skyscrapers that behind the green

is the one of the element of the modern urban

plaza. why not to let the people walk to this

invitation from the city.

元々水が流れている堀の溝に、電車が走

っている。その上にホームの上屋でもあ

る緑に囲まれた広い橋をかけた。


THE GREEN PLATFORM

改札口の概念がなくなることによって路面から直接

ホームへアクセス出来る。緑の斜面を設け、この斜

面全体がプラットフォームである。斜面に波をか

け、小さなたまり場や送迎場ができ、たまにイベン

トの広場にもなる。

Because the concept of the wicket disappeared, it can be

access the platform from the main street level directly by

walk through the green slope. The whole green slope became

a platform. Shape the wave shape on the ground to make the

green slope not only a platform but also a gathering space.

Sometimes it will become an open-air event space.

改札口がなくなった。会社ごとに駅を分

ける必要がなく、既存のホームが立体的

に交差したところに新しい乗り換え動線

を計画した。丸の内線はホームの延長が

路面と接し、中央本線は緑の斜面でアク

セスできる。それ以外は橋にある二カ所

の入口からホームへアクセスできる。総

武線から中央線へ乗り換える場合は丸ノ

内線のホームを経由して利用できる。

Due the disappearance of the concept of wicket,

the station Belonging to different railway

authorities can be integrated. On the staggered

point of two existed railway's platforms planed

a new transfer planning. Metro Marunouchi

Line platform extended to combine with the

road, the main street level. The Japan Railway

Platform can be access by walk through the

green slope. On the Bridge besides the outer

a sleeping bag pull a sleeping bag for the crowd and the forest

wearable environment

If you had ever stay in a tent in the rain, feeling the

sound of rain hitting on the tent, even shocked to

find out so close with the environment. To create a

wearable environment like sleeping bag surrounded

by mountains and nature.

もしテントの中に雨滴に打たれた音を感じた

ことがあれば、周りの環境とどれほど親密だ

と気ついたはずだ。山に囲まれた大自然の中

に寝袋のように着れる環境を作りたい。

敷地は東京都内から２時間程の多摩川上流の

鳩ノ巣渓谷にある。山を巡る大多摩ウォーキ

ングトレイルの結節点である。ここで野外体

験教室を含み、登山者や散策客が行程中に宿

泊、休憩できる場所を計画した。

Node

This site is located on Hatonosu valley, upstream of

Tama river; two hours away from Tokyo.

Hatonosu valley is one of the node of Otama

mountain trail. In here to create a place that provides

accommodation on the halfway of hiking trip. The

place that hikers can have a short term stay and also

include a field experience classroom.

Mountain trails


Adapt to the changing terrain, people derived different activity behaviors.

人間は地形の変化に応じて、それぞれ異なるアクティヴィティが生まれ

た。

Places for each activity behavior are defined by structure.

ストラクチャーを介し、それぞれのアクティヴィティのための場所が生まれた。

The skin linked all places to become an environment.

それぞれの場所が一つ皮膜により連結させ、ひとつの環境になった。


Skin

leave the space as much as possible on the plain

where have scenic views of valley to create

an open-air classroom and a plaza for daytime

playing and nighttime star watching. On the

slope in the silence forest, a large tent for stay

is constructed along the terrain. Open spaces

for hikers and residents are planed on both

side of the Otama mountain trail that through

the central of the site. The skin wrapped these

places to become an environment that opened

and breathable, such as an environment can be

put on.

皮膚

渓谷眺望のよい平地はできるだけ余白を

残し、自然教室や昼遊びと夜星見る広場

を計画した。宿泊のできる”テント”は

静かな森の斜面に設け、等高線を沿って

構成した。敷地の真ん中に通る大多摩ウ

ォーキングトレイルの両側には散策客と

地域住民にも親しみやすい開く空間を配

置した。最後に一つの皮膜が異なった地

形によって生まれたそれぞれのアクティ

ビティとその環境を包む。開放的な、呼

吸できるような着れる環境になった。

木の教室

森の中でに森に囲まれて、

光が当たる明るい場所をイメ—

ジにし、

自然について学ぶ教室である。

ここで授業やワ—

クショップを行う時、

興味があった散策客にも大歓迎。

風の広間

テントでできた広いリビングのような空間。

ここは風通しよく、

渓谷までの眺望よく、

野外教室として使わないとき、

地域のイベントもよくここで行う。

散策客の休憩場所にもなる。

月の広場

月の広場は石のような、

その上で座っても、

寝転がってもいいモノを置いただけ。

授業がないときはここで遊び、ＢＢＱをやる。

夜のときは皆でここで集まって星をみる、

星についてを学ぶ。

テント

テントの中にはもう一つのテントがある。

そこは野外教室として使われるとき、

生徒の寝る場所となる。

もちろん、

寝袋で寝ましょう。

下の層はお風呂とトイレがある。

行くにはテントから外を出て、

外の道を通らなければいけない。

"wind's hall"is a large living space covered by tent, where you can feel the

breeze and scenic views of the valley. The place is for the rest of the hikers

and district activities.another tent in the back is the place for stay. Because it is

tent, of course we should sleep in a sleeping bag.

大きなテントが覆われた広いリビングのような空間。風通しがよ

く、渓谷の眺望もよく、イベントや散策客休憩の場所である。奥に

あるもう一つのテントは宿泊の場所である。テントであるから、も

ちろん、寝袋で寝ましょう。


"Wood classroom" is a place to learn about the

natural, designed by the image of bright space bathed

in sunlight in the forest. Passing hikers are welcome

to participate in a wide range of natural learning

and workshop held here. The lawn continues to the

"moon plaza" where the big rock be placed, where a

ground for play and barbecue. when the night, people

gathering here to watch the star and learn about the

astrology.

木の教室は森の中に落ちた光に当たられた明

るい場所のコンセプトで設計した自然につい

て学ぶ教室である。ここで野外授業やワーク

ショップを行う時、道行く散策客にも大歓

迎。足下の芝生は大きな石が置かれた月の広

場まで続き、そこは遊びやバーベキューをや

る場所である。夜のとき、皆はここで集まっ

て星をみ、星について学ぶ。

第四の子供ホスピス

２００７年日本小児科学会の推計では、人工

呼吸器などが必要な「超重症児」だけで約

７３５０人いる。一般病院では、難病でも病状

の安定した子の入院は難しく、半数は家庭での

介護だとされる。子供ホスピスはこういった病

状の安定した、３６５日間病や障害とともに暮

らす子どもや家族がつかの間の休息を得られる

第二の家である。日本ではホスピスは、がんな

どの末期患者が穏やかな終末を迎える場の印象

が強いが、ここの子供ホスピスは子どもと家族

が休み、楽しむ場所である。古民家から改装さ

れた大磯「海が見える森」、奈良東大寺宿坊

「華厳寮」、北海道滝川市難病児のための野外

施設「そらぷちキッズキャンプ」の続き、愛知

県の篠島上に第四の子供ホスピスを計画した。

The fourth children's hospice

people.it is difficult for general hospital to accept all

the "seriously ill child" who with stable symptoms.

Most of these children are take care by their family at

home.The children' hospice is exactly a second home

for these "seriously ill child" with stable symptoms and

families in their 365,confrontation with the disease,

days obtained a moment to rest.

In Japan, the impression of hospice is a place for

Terminally ill cancer patients in their final stage of life.

children's hospice referred a place where for ill children

to rest and sharing time with their family.Compared

to "the ocean view forest" renovated from old houses

in Oiso Kanagawa, "Huayan Laos" in Nara Todaiji

temple, "Sorabuchi" camping facilities in Hokaido, to

plan the forth children's hospice on shinojima island in

Aichi where can experience the warm hospitality from

islander and island fishing village scenery.

「50,000 tsubo」

"50,000 tsubo" called commonly from Shinojima islander is a land that

reclaimed from the sea for the golf field in Japan economy High-growth

period. Due to the economic recession, the decline in the number of

tourists, the golf field was close and the land has been abandoned. It is

difficult to reply the prosperity circumstances in the economy High-growth

period, so make the reason that makes people come back to this island

again is the start of this project. (1tsubo=3.3㎡)

「五万坪」

篠島島民が俗に「五万坪」と呼んでいる埋め立て地は経済高度

成長期にゴルフ場として開発された土地である。近年は経済の

落ち込みで観光客数が減った。そのためにゴルフ場が倒産して

土地が打ち捨てられている。恐らく高度成長期の来客光景はも

う戻らない。そうなると人々を再びこの島に呼ぶための何かは

このプロジェクトのきっかけでした。


In Shinojima has a distinctive social structure

also rare in Japan called "Neyado". Because of

the unstable working time, fishermen will ask

people they trust to be their children's "Neoya"

and the children will take care by their "Neoya"

in their place. This kind of behavior is similar

with the children's hospice that instead of their

parents to take care of the ill children. Child

and their family came to the island heal their

tired of pain and care from the scenery and

moment spent here. And islanders will also

be satisfied by gently welcome these visitors

coming from afar.

「Neyado」「宿寢」

篠島は日本でも珍しい特徴的な社会構造

「寝宿」が存在している。勤務時間が不

確定の漁師たちは信頼できる人に自分の

子供の宿親になってもらい、子どもは宿

親のところで寝食したり、世話してもら

う。この行為は難病児を預かってもらう

子供ホスピスと似っている。病や障害に

苦しむ子供、看護に疲れた家族はここで

短時間滞在するなか島の風景と時間に癒

され、島の人々も遠来の訪問者を優しく

受歓待することで充足するのだろう。


In order to cure the disease, ancient Greeks

would travel to a sanctuary Epidauros. Sanctuary

Epidauros is an architectural complex configured

along the terrain. While traversing the buildings

in nature, ancient Greeks attempt to refresh their

mind and body. In Shinojima, to create a gently

downs of the terrain on the flat reclaimed land

and connects with existing loops that around the

interspersed island mountain, a new landscape

that connecting both sides of the coast,and the

abandoned land to the village.

古代ギリシアの人々は病みを癒すために

聖域エピダウロスへ旅を立つ。聖域は地

形に沿って点在した施設群である。自然

の中に施設を行き来しながら、心身のリ

フレッシュを図る。篠島では平坦な埋め

立て地に緩やかな地形を設け、点在した

島山を回る既存のループと繋ぎながら、

海から海、大地から街へ、景観を連続さ

せるランドスケープを創造した。

Between the land and the village, planed six places along

the new landscape.

"Diner table of island" is a new entrance that renovated

from fishermen drying nets field where be able to

experience the vitality of fishermen. "Islander's plaza" is

surrounded by the "mountain route" that for windproof

and Lookout, includes the clinic and activities center.

"Children's hospice accommodation building" was build

along the shape of the "valley route" that extent to the

island mountain. The other side of "valley route" is an

Open-air theater. "Market field" and a new "Boat ladder".

大地と街の間に新しい地形に沿って六つの場所を

計画した。既に網干す場所である島の食卓は漁の

姿が触れる島の新しいエントランス。街に開く防

風、眺望の山道に囲まれ、診療所を含む島民広

場。島山に繋ぐ谷道に沿った子供ホスピスの宿泊

棟、谷道の反対側の野外劇場、島山下の市場グラ

ウンドと新しい着船階段。

Under the Crater 殞面之下 6362

"Wall? Ceiling? Or an object has an inner space inside? "

Walk along the object that you thought it was a wall would lead you back

to the starting point. From a view among the distance, you thought a

person was in that object, when you getting closer, you will find out that

man is standing on the other side of the object. Maybe it isn't a strange

thing that sometimes found someone in that object. This is an installation

designed for a "gradient" experience.

「壁なのか、天井なのか、あるいはその中にはもう一つの空間

があるのか。」。壁だと思うモノに沿って、また同じところに

戻った。遠くいると、誰かがその空間だと思うモノの中にいる

と思って近づくと、人がその中にいるのではなく、向こうにい

った。たまに人がその中にいるのを見つかったこともあるだろ

う。「グラデーションなる」の空間体験をデザインした。

The satellite of Musashino Art University located in the

southern boundary of Kokubunji cliff.

In order to support students in extracurricular activities and

integration into the local communities, configured an atelier

for extracurricular activities and a cafeteria opened for

region, on both side of the grand stair along the terrain. The

gallery in the lowest level connects two buildings. By the

Scenery changed by moving on the grand stair, to arouse

the discovery of the site topography.

国分寺南側境界の崖にある武蔵野美術大学のサテ

ライト。学生の課外活動を応援すると同時に大学

と地域社会をつなぐ拠点となる施設であるため、

真ん中に地勢に沿う大階段を設け、両側に学生活

動の工房棟と地域開放のカフェ棟を配置し、最下

階の展示空間によって全体を繋ぐ。少しずつ曲が

った階段で移動するにつれ、見えてくる風景によ

って、場所の発見を喚起したいという設計意図。

The existence of the two walls make the forest that look like the

same everywhere become the forest "here", "there" and "in the

between". Two spaces divided the region of the air and the ground

in the forest. Via two ladder moving between the spaces and places

to re-experience the forest in this second house.

二つの壁があることで、一見どこでも同じような森をこの辺の、真ん中の、向こうの森に分けられ、二つの空間で、空中と地面の領域に分けられ、最後に二つの階段で、場所から場所へ移動しながら、森を改めて感じる森の中のセカンドハウス。

The Park Tamagawa waterworks in Kodaila contains the

mainstream and shunt water. The mainstream surrounded

by rich nature over the years, and the shunt water is still

wearing artificial construct. By traverse sterically on this

"furniture" to feel again the joy and charm of two flow.

上水公園の家具Furniture in the Park Tamagawa waterworks

上水公園の玉川上水の主流とその支流。一つは年月

を経ち豊かな自然に囲まれ、一つは人工構築物まま

の姿。立体的に横断することで、二つ流れの魅力と

楽しさを改めて感じさせる家具のようなもの。


The project that I participated in the internship

period at Koizumi atelier. In order to make the

building into the surrounding landscape, we

inserted voids into the volume of architecture and

give the character and function for voids from an

environmental point of view.

小泉雅生アトリエでのインタンで参加したプ

ロジェクトの基本設計。私たちは周りの景観

になじむため、建築のボリュームにいくつの

ボイドを挿入し、それぞれのボイドを環境的

なアプローチで性格や機能を与えた。

of Art, to design the display boost that people can feel the

wind and the natural from this microenvirnment to express

the message from the work.

の中に、風や自然を感じれるような小さいな環境
