- The blocks are moved to connect the courtyards with corridors such that one end connected to the other.

- The blocks are arranged in cluster pattern for differentiating the various spaces and for easy circulation.

A FUNCTIONAL COMMUNITY CENTRE TO ENCOURAGE ARTS & CRAFTS PRACTISES

- The span of each block is limited to 10m for proper stuctural configuration.

- The corridors some are narrow(4m) and some are wide(6m-11m).- Narrow corridors, to reduce the sun exposure on the surface of walls to receive minimum radiation, establish shaded spaces throughout the day which provide a cool and comfortable microclimate.

- Linearity in site giving more scope for accessible design.- central linear spine for free flow movement.

- Central main open space for more convenient function for the users to all the spaces.- Blocks are separated by narrow corridors.

- The grouping of the built masses were arranged, such that they differentiate the type of users.

- Each block size of 62.8m x 33.6m.

- The block is provided with two courtyards of 10m x 12m.

- The block is divided into two separate blocks for separating the central spaces.
