Introduction

■ Production Division 3, established in 1993, holds the annual sales up to RMB 120 million. It is located at 399 Zhenxing Road, Zhushan, and occupies the land of 12,000㎡. Main specializations are color printing of package, high-end gift box, cosmetics case, wine case, and children toy/ book manufacturing.■ It owns the most advanced full-auto top-bottom cover paper box forming machine, full-auto cover forming machine, and scroll grooving machine in the world. The daily production is 200,000 pcs of gift boxes and over 100,000 board books & paper boxes.

■ 该全自动天地盖纸盒成型机是国内最先进的制作高档天地盖纸盒（如鞋盒、衬衫盒、内衣

盒、礼品盒、食品盒、五金盒等）的最佳设备。采用PLC可编程序控制器、光电跟踪系统、触

摸屏人机界面，实施送纸、上胶、纸板成型帖四角、定位贴合、自动引取、进盒、包边、折

耳及折入成型动作一次性完成，全过程自动化，生产效率与传统手工制作相比提高五十倍。

This auto rigid box maker is the most advanced and best equipment in the country to produce high-class rigid boxes (such as shoe box, shirt box, underwear box, gift box, food box, hardware box and etc). It applies PLC programmable control device, light tracking system & touch-screen user interface, and realizes full-process automation from paper feeding, glue application, board forming & edge wrapping, positioning match, auto collection, shift into box, side wrapping, ear folding to folded shaping at one time. Compared to traditional manual operation, its production efficiency is 50 times higher.



■ 单张纸自动飞达给面纸部；

■ 配备热交换糊胶系统；

■ 电热熔切装置一次完成纸板内盒四角贴角作业；

■ 伺服马达以及真空吸风皮带输送系统控制纸板内盒与过胶面纸的定位贴合，贴合误差

■ 电脑控制输送带和纸盒成型部间的自动引取装置；

■ 纸盒成型部连贯作业进盒、包边、折耳及折入成型动作；
