一、地下水监测现状(Current situation)

u 监测对象:以浅层地下水监测为主(mainly phreatic water monitoring)

u 监测指标:水位、水质、水温、水量(泉流量)(GW table, quality, temperature, flow)

u 监测站网:地下水监测站约16000个,水位目前以人工观测为主;流域地下水水质监测点约2100个。 (The number of GW table monitoring stations is 16000, most manual monitoring; GW quality monitoring station number 2100)

u 监测范围:主要平原及盆地,松辽平原、黄淮海平原、山西及西北

地区盆地和平原、江汉平原。 ( monitoring the GW of major plains and basins of China)

u “全国地下水动态信息网”,首次实现了全国地下水动态信息储存、计算分析与发布共享的服务( National GW condition information network, the first one for national GW information store, calculation, analysis and publish) http://dxs.hydroinfo.gov.cn/shuiziyuan/index.aspx

u 国家地下水监测工程(National GW Monitoring Project)

u 2015年开始,建设国家地下水监测中心1个、流域中心7个、省级中心63个(MWR 32)、新建改建地下水监测站点20401个(MWR 10298)。 (2015 started, 1 national GW monitoring centre, 7 river basin centers, 63 provincial centers, 20401 GW monitoring stations)

u 监测指标按照《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848-93)共39项(基本项目20项,选测项目19项),选取20%的井监测全部39项。(GW quality evaluation are based on “Groundwater quality standard” GB/T 14848-93, with 39 indicators monitored. Basic indicators 20. 20% monitoring stations have all 39 indicators.)

u 监测频次执行《水环境监测规范》(SL219-2013),一般站点每年2次,区域控制井每年4次。 (Normal GW stations are monitored twice a year, regional key stations 4 times a year
