Tested the User Exits that were developed for tax calculation and for posting tax to a specific

Did a functional test of the following in MM module: Uploading S&OP data from excel-sheet into

Verizon(QA Analyst) July06 - Oct06Project Title: Dealer Tracking System (DTS)

The Dealer Tracking System (DTS) is a business application that resides on an ORACLE database for thepurpose of collecting, storing and tracking Verizon dealer information.DTS stores information which is needed tomaintain the relationship between Verizon and the dealer. From an end to end perspective, the new dealer

application is entered into DTS, a risk assessment occurs, once the application has been approved, contractinformation is entered as well as specific details related to the dealer. The dealer is then able to conduct businessand sell DirecTV products and services.

Scope of the project:

Master data conversion relative to Verizon partner relationships with authorized dealer to be converted into

SAP.

Conversion data to be loaded into the CRM Quality Assurance system until final review and approval when

it will be brought into the CRM Production system.

Creation of Corporate (Corp) for dealers with various types of relationships with Verizon. In the CRM

system, it is maintained as an internally assigned Business Partnerrecord.

Creation of chain connected to the Corp Business Partnerthrough a Relationship.

Creation of store with same master data information as a corp thereby sending to external system (STMS)

forprocessing and returning billing number. The Billing Number master record holds the Store Number in aunique field and will link the Chain and Corp entities through relationships.

Access to Dealer website (DWS) via interface through a batch job updating DMZ database. The Dealer

website is the primary system for dealers to report sales and manage dealer attributes. Dealers log into DWSand are able to create or make changes to existing MDUs. The changes are captured in the DMZ database

and then are pushed back to the DTS database. Implementation ofSAP CRM on SAP Enterprise Portal and the web application serverusing the People

Centric User Interface (PCUI). Users will log on to the CRM system using the web interface (web browser)and will be authenticated. CRM functionality is enabled based on the users role.

The project involved of ensuring tested product after repair was shipped back to end user .From an end toend perspective, AT&T customer calls up Service centre and reports the problem of the product. Report isbeen lodged by customer representative, the product is shipped from Customer to repairing location.Product is physically tested. If it is out of scope repair, product is scrapped by creating a STO and inventoryis reduced. If no fault is found then a STO, GR, PGI is done and finally the product is shipped back tocustomer. If the product has to be repaired, then it is done at repairing facility location.
