How should we start?

Great book is here

This book can be a
great teacher

I present some simple tips
from Garr Reynolds’ book
Presentationzen

preparing I talk only
presentation

Go for

①

Start with beginner’s mind

This is beginner’s mind

You can put a lot of info and advice in your mind (box)

This is expert’s mind

You can put nothing in this mind (box)

Which is your mind?

1st step is this

Keep beginner’
s mind

Your mind is the universe

So many ideas are
in your mind

You
are
creative
absolutely

②

Planning analog

A fundamental mistake people
make is spending almost the entire time thinking about their talk and preparing their
content while sitting in front of a computer screen
“
”-Garr Reynolds

We are relying on computers too much

When you identify your core message and
blueprint…..

Get away from your computer

You will spend so so many hours in front of your computer later

So get away from your computer

You just need
Pen Paper

Write down everything what you
come up with

Hereupon, you must see the big picture
and your core message to deliver

We are always
surrounded by many things

Some people are always with busyness

Some people are always with busynessbut

Some people are always with busynessbut
Garr says

Busyness kills creativity
“ ”

We need time alone

Alone, you can freely be creative

Make your
vision clear

③

Ask oneself three
questions

① What’s your point?

① What’s your point?
② Why does it matter?

① What’s your point?
② Why does it matter?
③ Dakara nani?(So what?)

Keep asking oneself these
questions anytime

Keeping these steps, you can make more great
presentation

The planning stage
should be the time
when your minds are
clearest and all
barriers removed
-Garr Reynolds
for planning, go
analog

Remember this

You don’t need computers for
preparing presentation

A lot of info and advices are in zen book.
I introduce only a few advices, so this
