- Government has illustrated its political will and policy to move into
Privatization.
- To reform MPT as a private organization to take active role in
ICT development.
- Private sector investments had been allowed.
- Manufacturing of communication equipments had been
arranged.
- Necessary organizations are setting up and seeking International
co-operations through bilateral and regional co-operations.
Future Direction
Today many people are able to communicate, exchange information andinteract with each other so readily on a global scale.
Today global information society is coming out and international broadbandconnectivity is a turnkey and important now.
To be surviving in the global environment that depends on information needsrapid changes in organizational structures and perceptions.
Myanmar also trying the best to be integrating with the globalization andtrying with the full potential to be narrowing the digital divide among regionaland international countries.
