Windows 10 IoT face detection SDK enables devices to detect person faces

in the camera image. Oxford Project is a REST API platform to provide

intelligent services. Its face API can identify person from its database.

Wechat is the biggest social platform. Through UWP with face detection

SDK @Rpi, face images can be uploaded to Azure, and identified by Oxford

Project API. Finally the administrator can see the messages in Wechat.

Face detection and identification are useful in

visitor monitoring scenario.
