Warga Negara Indonesia, lahir di Flores tahun 1959, lulusan Akademi Pendidikan Katekis, Flores pada tahun 1982 dan meraih gelar Sarjana dari Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (IISIP) pada tahun 1988. Beliau memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam dunia media, khususnya media cetak, hingga saat ini beliau merupakan Pemimpin Redaksi Investor Daily, Suara Pembaruan, Majalah Investor dan Beritasatu.com. Beliau memiliki gelar Certified Wealth Manager dari Erasmus University dan Universitas Gajah Mada dan hingga saat ini aktif mengikuti berbagai kursus di bidang Pasar Modal, Perbankan, Asuransi, Moneter, Fiskal, Industri, Perdagangan, Migas, Pertanian, Kehutanan, Ketenagakerjaan dan Pertambangan. Beliau mulai bergabung dengan Perseroan sebagai Direktur sejak April 2009 dan berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tanggal 23 April 2014 beliau diangkat kembali sebagai Direktur Perseroan untuk periode 2014 - 2017.

Well experienced in the media industry, especially in the print media, he currently serves as the Chief Editor of Investor Daily, Suara Pembaruan, Investor Magazine and Beritasatu.com. Beliau memulai kariernya di Bank Harapan Santosa pada tahun 1987 dan memiliki pengalaman luas di dunia perbankan selama kurang lebih 14 tahun, sampai pada tahun 2003 beliau bekerja di PT Bank Bali Tbk dengan posisi Vice President Commercial Banking System Development dan merangkap jabatan sebagai Ketua Pengurus Dana Pensiun Bank Bali masa jabatan 2001 hingga 2003. Setelah itu beliau menjabat sebagai GM Finance dan Accounting diPT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. Kemudian Beliau menjabat sebagai Direktur Globe Media Group pada tahun 2008 hingga 2010. Beliau mulai bergabung dengan Perseroan sejak April 2009 hingga 2010, kemudian bergabung kembali pada bulan Maret 2011 sebagai Direktur dan berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tanggal 23 April 2014 beliau diangkat kembali sebagai Direktur Independen Perseroan untuk periode 2014 - 2017.

He started his career in Bank Harapan Sentosa in 1987 and has a wide range of experiences in the banking industry for over 14 years, he was Vice President of Commercial Banking System Development for PT Bank Bali Tbk in 2003 and as well as Head of Pension Fund Committee from 2001 until 2003. Warga Negara Indonesia, lahir di Kupang pada tahun 1938, meraih gelar Ph.D dalam bidang Educational Planning dari Macquarie University, Sidney, Australia pada tahun 1974. Beliau merupakan figur penting dalam dunia pendidikan Domestik maupun Internasional. Karirnya dimulai sebagai guru di Sekolah Pendidikan Guru di Soe, Kupang, Timor Barat. Tahun 1983 sampai 1993 beliau menjabat sebagai Rektor Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Tahun 1994 sampai 2004 beliau menjabat sebagai penasehat Rektor Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Lippo Karawaci. Tahun 1997 sampai 2003 beliau menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Badan Akreditas Nasional Perguruan Tinggi Depdiknas, Indonesia. Beliau dianugerahi gelar Doctor Honoris Causa (Dr.H.C.) dalam bidang hukum pada tahun 1997 oleh Kwansei Gakuin University, Nishinomya, Kobe Japan. Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai Komisaris PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk pada tahun 2000 hingga 2004. Tahun 2012 beliau memperoleh gelar Doctor Honoris Causa dalam bidang International Education dari University of Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia dan hingga saat ini menjabat sebagai Adjunct Professor pada Universitas tersebut. Tahun 2013 beliau diangkat menjadi Senior Advisor dari Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Demokratik Timor Leste dan tahun 2014 sebagai Senior Advisor pada Kementerian Pendidikan Timor Leste dalam bidang Quality Assurance of Higher Education. Mulai tahun ini (2015) beliau kembali diminta untuk menjadi Senior Advisor dari Rektor Universitas Nasional Timor Leste. Beliau menjabat sebagai Ketua Komite Audit Perseroan tahun 2014 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan tanggal 23 April 2014 dan juga sebagai Komisaris Independen Perseroan.

From 1997 to 2003 he worked as Secretary of the University National Accredition Board of the National Education Ministry of Indonesia. He was awarded a Doctor Honoris Causa (Dr.H.C.) degree in law in 1997 by the Kwansei Gakuin University, Nishinomya, Kobe Japan. Memulai karir sejak tahun 1978 di PT Hilex Indonesia hingga tahun 2000 dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Komisaris. Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai Wakil Presiden Direktur Bank Bhumi Bahari pada tahun 1980 hingga 1989 dan Wakil Presiden Direktur merangkap Direktur Compliance PT Tokai Lippo Bank pada tahun 1989 hingga 2001. Sementara itu, sejak tahun 1990 hingga saat ini beliau aktif sebagai Dosen di beberapa Universitas di Indonesia. Beliau mulai bergabung dengan Perseroan sejak 2014 sebagai Anggota Komite Audit berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan tanggal 23 April 2014.

Beliau mengawali karier di Perseroan sebagai IT Officer tahun 2000 dan terlibat dalam proyek-proyek Lippo Group seperti Lippostar.com, Lipposhop.com, Natrindo Telephone Seluler (Lippo Telecom) dan Kabelvision. Tahun 2003 beliau menjabat sebagai IT Department Head Perseroan. Tahun 2005 beliau diperbantukan pada PT Bank Lippo Tbk dan menjabat sebagai Senior Manager dalam proses divestasi PT Bank Lippo Tbk. Tahun 2009 beliau menjabat sebagai Vice President Perseroan yang membawahi operasional bidang IT, Legal dan Sekretaris Perusahaan. Beliau menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan tanggal 24 April 2013 hingga saat ini.

He joined the Company as an IT Officer in 2000 and has since take part in lots of Lippo Group’s project such as Lippostar.com, Lipposhop.com, Natrindo Telepon Seluler (now Axis Telecom) and Kabelvision (First Media). In 2003 he took the position of IT Department Head of the Company. In 2005 he was seconded to PT Bank Lippo Tbk as a Senior Manager to assist on the divestment project on PT Bank Lippo Tbk. In 2009 he was appointed as Vice President of the Company supervising IT, Legal and Corporate Secretary. He currently serves as Corporate Secretary of the Company based on the Decree of Board of Directors dated April 24, 2013 to the present.
