perfect functionality Being built of aluminium, its weight is

paltry. Nonetheless it can carry a payload weighing up to 80 kg / 176 lbs. The shape of the base guarantees a

high level of stability and optimum, space-saving integration of an isolatingtransformer. Its drawer can be opened and shut

quickly using a latch. The fold-out cover extrusion guaran-

tees easy access for service or assembly operations and the latch option means that the cover extru- sion also acts as a plug removal barrier.

safe power supply The on and off switch is accommo-

dated in the cap of the support column to provide protection. Its construction enables common

types of socket strips to be effort lessly installed in the support column.

smart cable management The support column offers separate

accommodation and structured cable routing of data lines and power cables. Rubber lips permit cable entry and

exit over the entire height of the support column.

consistent ergonomic design A sliding position at 90° angle for

adequate freedom of leg movement and a spacesaving park position at a 15° angle offers the handle at the rear of the support column. The pro-cart features mechani-

cally or electrically operated height adjustments, thus enabling the equipment operator to either to sit or stand while working.

Its fold-out cover prevents plugs from being pulled out of their sockets and protects the unit from unauthorised tampering.

The adjustable handle is ergo-nomically designed. Furthermore its colour can be adapted to the company’s colour scheme.

The top of the support column is made up of a covering plate into which an on and off switch can be installed.

The design of the bearing column includes a clear compartmenta-lisation of the inner space and offers ample room for storage.

The supple rubber lips along the support column enable simple wire routing and can be swiftly wiped clean.

The newly designed support column is an outstanding in-novation in the single-column pro-cart equipment cart. The characteristics of this innovation can be summarized in thefollowing features:

1 The spacious middle shaft accommodates socket strips of the most varied design in addition to affording

supplementary space for outward bound cables and plenty of rest cables.

2 The fold-out cover extrusion with rubber lips permits cable entry and exit at any point along the support

column.

The semicircular cover facilitates access to power supply (e.g. socket strips). The latch option means that the cover extrusion also acts as a plug removal barrier.

3 Accessories, e.g. infusion stand or endoscope holder, can be accommodated separately.

The cable shaft permits structured routing of data lines.

The two T-slots with tapped strips (32 mm incre-ments) on the front and rear side of the extrusion offers the option of mounting system components and accessories, e.g. shelves (see from page 155).

The cover strips close off unused extension areas.

Extended cables can be accommodated easily without any problems.

Power cables and data lines can be routed separate-ly from residual cable volumes.

The modular structure is the defining feature of the pro-cart mobile single-column equipment carts and the entire ITD product range, which allows all support systems to be configured, customised, upgraded or easily modified for special functions and application areas using the extensive standard range. This capability allows users to react fast and con-sistently to any changes or new customer requirements. The T-slots on the support extrusion or special devices ensure easy assembly of the components. The display presented alongside shows a small selection of accessories for the pro-cart equipment carts.

The keyboard drawer has a lowinstallation height and two adjustablebars prevent the keyboard fromsliding about.

The block of drawers is provided with a mechanical one-hand lock and this prevents unauthorized access.
