DRI OCT-1 Atlantis

The enhanced 50,000 A-scans/sec allows for faster tomography acquisition and min imizes art i facts generated by eye movement , producing c lear cross-sectional retinal images. Now there are even more imaging variations by the TOPCON 3D OCT-2000 with the new 12×9mm wide scan enabling the user to capture a wider range of the image from optic disc to macula with a single shot. Additionally the 5 Line Cross Scan can be a perfect solution for a detailed screening and a quick follow-up. Moreover, Topcon’ s “ Enhanced Choroidal Mode” visualizes further internal structures, allowing much superior visualization of the interface between choroid and sclera. Data analysis is now selectable from 2 formats – Fine or Basic, and can be performed fast or in detail according to your purposes.

TOPCON has developed a new Swept Source OCT with 1,050nm wavelength with the world’s fastest* scanning speed of 100,000A-scans/sec. Utilizing this 1,050nm wavelength, DRI OCT-1 Atlantis can penetrate deeper, visualizing ocular tissues such as choroid or even sclera within an incredibly short time as well as easily image through cataracts and other media opacities. And DRI OCT-1 Atlantis displays detail structures of not only retina but choroid and even sclera- irrespective of the opaque media. With the capability of imaging deeper anatomic structures with less influence in scattering, DRI OCT-1 Atlantis can visualize the entire tomogram with high sensitivity.

Subretinal fluid under macula.Especially the vertically scanned OCT image shows great amount of fluid at lower retina.The report clearly indicates quite amount of fluid leakage.

Subretinal fluid area is shown hyperfluorescent. Inside the subretinal fluid punctate fluorescence is observed.

Sparse hyperfluorescent.Punctate hypofluorescence is observed in some areas.Sign of subretinal fluid existing in several locations !?

Subretinal fluid confined in macula.Leakage seems to be not heavy!?

Both FAF and FA images showRPE defect with hypofluorescent.

Serous retinal pigment epithelial detachment at fovea.

Pigment detachment on both eyes of macula.(Internal section is shown with high signal – no signal observed inside the pigment detachment at temporal macula (OD)).

The retinal pigment detachment at macula is shown with both hyper/hypo autofluorescence.Ring-shaped hyper-autofluorescence which shows retinal pitment detachment is observed on temporal area of the right eye.

Boundary of pigment detachment is observed with increased hyperfluorescence.The internal hypofluorescence can be a sign of degeneration, or a blockage along with deposition.

Boundary line of hyperfluorescence matches with pigment epithelial detachment.Inside the boundary shows punctate hypofluorescence.

At the orange-red lesions on color fundus, it shows a pigment detachment and a steep swelling with high internal signal.

The left eye shows hypofluorescence at lower macula, which indicating a pigment epithelial tear.

Reticular Pseudo DrusenBoth eyes show multiple punctate hypofluorescence.

Edema and uneven pigment detachment observed in both eyes of macula.
