Proformação’s Design

Two years programme

– 3,200 hours (2 years) of learning in the workplace and states training agencies

– National Coordination Staff: 35 people

Four Modules– 800 hours each (one semester)

Self-study and group activities– Continuous support to remote learners– 3,000 tutors in 220 states training agencies
