1. Giới thiệu

General

Hệ thống điện đặt trong phòng bơm, nguồn cấp 400V 3pha 50Hz. Tất cả các ống, trungking, cáp và các thiết bị phân phối phụ được cấp bởi nhà thầu. Cáp chống cháy dùng cho trường hợp nguồn khẩn cấp.The electricity supply available will be provided and terminated in an isolator in the Pump rooms. The supply will be 400V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz. All conduits, trunking and cabling and the sub distribution equipment shall be provided by this Contractor. FR cables shall be used for emergency power distribution purposes.

Nhà thầu sẽ thiết kế, cung cấp và lắp đặt nguồn cho tủ điều khiển và thiết bị bơm. Các tủ điều khiển, dao cách ly, rơ le, công tắc tơ, thanh dẫn tuân theo tiêu chẩn sau.The Contractor shall design, supply and install the motor control panel for electrical supply to the pump equipment. All control panels, circuit breakers contactors, relays, busbars and associated wiring shall fully comply with this section.

2. Công việcElectrical works

Tất cả các dây điện, trungking, ống và các phụ kiện cần thiết dựa trên tiêu chuẩn CP5-Qui phạm lắp đặt thiết bị nhà cao tầng.All cables, trunkings, conduits and conduit fittings necessary for the circuits shall be installed in accordance with CP5 - Code of Practice for the wiring of Electrical Equipment of Buildings.

Các công việc được thực hiện bởi những công nhân được cấp phép làm việc.All electrical work shall be carried out by Licensed electrical workers.

Các ổ cắm, dao cách ly ngoài trời loại chống thấm, thích hợp với tiêu chuẩn Anh hay Singapore.All socket outlets and isolators exposed to outdoor weather conditions shall be of the weatherproof type, complying with the appropriate Singapore or British Standard.

Các thiết bị kim loại không mang điện dựa theo tiêu chuẩn CP33, CP16 và CP5.All exposed metalwork shall be efficiently bonded and earthed complying with CP33, CP16 and

CP5.

Mỗi nhóm bơm hệ số công suất không được nhỏ hơn 0.85 trong trường hợp nữa tải và đầy tải.Each pump group shall have a guaranteed minimum power factor of not less than 0.85 (lagging) from half to full load conditions.


3. Thiết bịEquipment

3.1. Hộp nối điện thép và phụ kiệnSteel conduits boxes and accessories

Các ống kim loại mạ kẽm, hàn thép theo tiêu chuẩn BS 4568. Đường kính ống không nhỏ hơn 20mm2. Tài liệu kỹ thuật cho ống thép và phụ kiện cho việc lắp đặt theo chuẩn ISO. All metal conduits shall be galvanized welded steel complying with BS 4568 - Specification for steel conduit and fittings with metric threads of ISO form for electrical installations. No conduit shall be of less than 20mm.

Đầu ra của hộp nối điện làm bằng sắt (có thể uốn được) theo tiêu chuẩn BS 4568All conduit outlet boxes and junction boxes shall be malleable iron and of standard circular pattern with spout to BS 4568 as specified.

Tiêu chuẩn hộp nối điện tròn thì đường kính ống 25mm Hình chữ nhật là 32mm hay lớn hơn.Standard circular pattern boxes shall be used with conduits up to and including 25mm. Rectangular pattern adaptable boxes shall be used for conduits of 32mm and larger.

Các hộp nối điện phải có nấp. Hộp nối điện hình chữ nhật bằng thép 2.5mm và mạ kẽm nóng. Hộp box sâu 47mm kích thước phải đảm bảo cở dây lớn nhất, không làm gẫy dây khi kéo. Nấp phải cùng kiểu với hộp và bắt vít chắc chắnAll conduit boxes shall be provided with lids. Adaptable boxes shall be of mild steel of not less than 2.5mm with hot dip galvanized finish. Boxes shall be not less than 47mm deep and of such dimensions as will enable the largest size cable, for which the conduit run is suitable, to be drawn in without excessive bending of the cables. Lids of the same gauge with brass fixing screws, shall be provided.

Socket outlet boxes shall be constructed of sheet steel, galvanized finish and shall comply with BS 4662: 1989 - Specification for boxes for the enclosure of electrical accessories. Flush or surface mounting type outlet boxes shall be used where applicable.

Mỗi đèn và ổ cắm phải được nối đất với đầu nối đất bằng đồng. An earthing terminal with brass screw shall be provided in each lighting and power outlet box.

3.2. Ống thép mềmFlexible steel conduit

Ống thép mền và hộp nối theo tiêu chuẩn BS 731 Part 1. Ống thép mền và hộp nối phải là loại chống thấmFlexible steel conduit and solid type adapters shall comply with BS 731 : Part 1 - Flexible steel conduit & adaptors for the protection of electric cable and shall be of the metallic watertight pattern, PVC oversheathed.

3.3. Ống PVCPvc conduit

Ống PVC cứng dựa theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6099 - lắp đặt ống điện. Tất cả các chịu được sự tác động cơ học ống nhựa màu đen, trừ trường hợp đặt biệtAll rigid PVC conduit shall comply with the requirements of BS 6099 - Conduits for electrical installations. All conduit shall be of the high impact heavy mechanical strength type. Unless otherwise specified, all conduit shall be coloured black.

Các phụ kiện theo yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn BS 4607 - Ống không kim loại và phụ kiện lắp đặt. Ống, phụ kiện phải cùmg một nhà sản xuấtAll conduit fittings shall comply with the requirements of BS 4607 - Non-metallic conduits and fittings for electrical installations. Conduit, fittings and accessories shall be from the same manufacturer.

Ống nhỏ nhất đường kính 20mmNo conduit smaller than 20 mm meter shall be used.

3.4. Hộp TrunkingCable trunking

Hộp trunking sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn Singapore SS 249 - Hộp trunking thép và mỗi trunking phải được xác nhận từ co quan quản lý về điện. Khi có các yêu cầu khác, hệ thống hộp trunking phải làm bằng thép nhúng kẽm sơn phủ 2 mặt bằng epoxy độ dầy 45 micronCable trunking shall be manufactured complying with Singapore Standard SS 249 - Steel surface cable trunking and accessories and shall carry batch-approved certificate on each trunking from PSB. When specified otherwise, the cable trunking system shall be of the hot-dipped galvanised or electro-galvanised sheet steel both internal and external throughout and coated with electrostatic epoxy powder with a minimum film thickness of 45 micron.


Hộp trunking gồm luôn cả các đoạn uốn, chữ t, giảm v.v… các đoạn nối được nối bằng thanh đồng nối của nhà sản xuất mục đích cho việc nối đât. Các bù long, tán bọc kim loại.The trunking systems shall comprise of purpose factory made bends, tees, reducers etc., and shall be electrically continuous grounded by linking each sections and joints with purpose factory made copper link. All screws bolts and nuts shall be of zone plated or cadmium plated.

3.5. Máng cáp:Cable trays

Máng cáp kim loại có đục lỗ với độ cao cạnh ít nhất 20mm. Khi có yêu cầu kỹ thuật đặc biệt máng cáp phải đươc nhúm kẽm nóng sơn tĩnh điện epoxy độ dày tối thiểu là 45micon theo tiêu chuẩn ASTM A386Metal cable tray shall be perforated with return edges of minimum 20mm high. When specified otherwise, the cable tray shall be fabricated from hot-dipped galvanised or electro-galvanised steel sheet with electrostatic epoxy powder coating to minimum thickness of 45 micron or hot dipped galvanised to ASTM A386 finishes.

Máng cáp gồm luôn cả các đoạn uốn, chữ t, giảm v.v… các đoạn nối được nối bằng thanh đồng nối của nhà sản xuất mục đích cho việc nối đâtThe tray system shall comprises of purpose factory made bends, tees, reducers etc. and shall be electrically continuous grounded by linking each sections and joints with purpose factory made copper link.

3.6. Thang cápCable ladder

Thang cáp và phụ kiện loại nhún kẽm nóng sơn tĩnh điện epoxy 100 mcron.All cable ladder and accessories materials shall be fabricated from hot-dipped galvanised or elctro-galvanising finishing with electrostatic epoxy powder coating to 100 micron minimum

Thang cáp gồm các xà bên và thanh ngang. Kết cấu kiểu hàn cứng và được sản xuất với thép tấm chiều dày tối thiểu 2mm (14 SWG). Kích thước của xà bên sẽ là kiểu U 32mm x 32mm và mặt ngoài ghép bích. Các thanh ngang kích thước 50mm x 30mm dạng U có đục khe với khoảng cách 300mm hoặc theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà sản xuất.The cable ladder shall consist of side rail and horizontal rungs. These should have rigid welded type construction and fabricated with a minimum of 2.0mm (14 SWG) sheet steel. Dimension of side rail should be 32mm x 32mm channel type with flange facing outside. Rungs should be 50mm x 30mm slotted channel type and spaced 300mm apart or to manufacturer’s standard.


Các xà bên và phụ kiện sẽ có 4 lỗ vuông trên mỗi đầu cuối để gắn các tấm ghép. All the bolting hardware shall be "carriage" type and finishing with hot dipped galvanized except that electrically continuous grounding jumpers shall be copper, size shall be of 150mm length x 20mm width. All accessories shall be proprietary type.

Độ rộng thang cáp 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm or 900mm tuỳ theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật.Cable ladder shall be supplied in clear width of 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm or 900mm as specified.

3.7. Lắp đặt ống thépInstallation of steel and conduit system

Ống sắt tráng kẽm trong nhà theo tiêu chuẩn BS 4568 loại 3. Ống sắt tráng kẽm ngoài trời theo tiêu chuẩn BS 4568 loại 4G.I. conduit for indoor installation shall comply to BS 4568 Class 3 and G.I. conduit for outdor installation shall comply to BS 4568 Class 4.

Ống điện có thể gắn nổi ở các phòng phụ trợ, thang máy, trần giả, phòng điện. Các khu vực còn lại phải đi âm. Ngoại trừ trư ờng hợp đ ư ợc phép của bên thiết kế. Không được lắp đặt ống bên dưới thang cáp hay dọc theo kết cấu thép.All conduit systems in plant rooms, lift motor rooms, false ceiling voids, bulkheads and switchrooms shall be surface mounted on walls and soffit. Conduit systems in all other areas shall be carried out in concealed conduit. Unless special permission has been obtained from the Project Manager, no conduit shall be installed underneath cable trays or along steel structures.

Ống phải chịu được độ bền cơ và điện và khả năng chống thấm sau khi lắp đặt. Khi lắp đặt ống phải đươc thổi sạch bụi.Conduit systems shall be electrically and mechanically continuous and watertight after installation. The system when installed, and before wiring, shall be kept plugged with wooden plugs. Immediately before wiring, all conduit systems shall be thoroughly swabbed out until dry and clean.

Những đoạn ống uốn được làm tại công trường, không được uốn gốc quá lớn bằng dụng cụ uốn ống. Hộp đấu nối sẽ được lắp đặt tại các vị trí tồn tại đấu nối.All sets of bends in conduit runs shall be formed on site in bending machines. Inspection bends may be permitted at column, where large bends shall be avoided. Junction box shall be installed wherever the connections exist.


Đoạn ống thẳng không được uốn 2 lần một phía, khoảng cách giới hạn là 12m để dễ dàng cho việc kéo cápRuns between draw-in boxes shall not have more than two right angle bends or their equivalent and the length of such areas shall be limited to 12 m to permit easy draw-in of cables.

Nhà thầu hoàn thiện tốt những đoạn ống uốn hay cắt tại công trường và phải sơn lại 2 lớpThe Sub-Contractor shall make good any damage to the finishes of all conduits (including threads cut at site) by painting two coats of good quality lead paint.

Tuy nhiên những nơi ông đi nổi trên trần hay tường, ống mền với dây dẫn bảo vệ ngoài được sử dụng. Kích thước dây bảo vệ theo tiêu chuẩn CP 5.

The Sub-Contractor shall arrange for a telescopic conduit system to be employed where expansion joints are crossed. However, where conduit is surface mounted on walls or ceilings, a normal flexible metal conduit with external circuit protective continuity conductor shall be used. The size of the circuit protective conductor shall be in accordance with CP 5.

Các ống lắp đặt phải dễ dàng cho việc thực hiện kéo dây mạch vòngAll conduit systems shall be installed so as to enable wiring to be carried out on the "loop-in" system.

Các ống phải thổi sạch bụi cát trong ống trước khi lắp đặt All conduits shall be swabbed through before installation so as to clean out all dirt, burrs and moisture.

Khoảng cách giá đỡ ống không quá 1.2mConduits shall be fixed with full spacer bar saddles at intervals not exceeding 1.2m.

3.8. Lắp đặt ống PVC:Installation of pvc conduit

Các phụ kiện nối ống nhựa nối bằng keo do nhà sàn xuất ống chế tạo, các đầu nối phải kín. Giống như điều kiện nối giữa ống với phụ kiện. Việc nhún vào keo bị cấm. Trước khi nối ống, đoạn cuối phải cắt thẳng làm sạch chỗ nối, cận thận với vết dầu mỡ bám trên bề mặt ống. Ống đưa hoàn toàn vào trong hộp đấu nối.

All conduit joints shall be made using a solvent adhesive recommended by the manufacturer of the conduit, to methods laid down by the manufacturer. All such joints shall be watertight. The same conditions apply to joints between conduit, fittings and accessories. Dipping of conduit or conduit fittings into solvent adhesives is forbidden. Before joints are made, conduit ends shall be cut square and all burrs and sharp edges shall be removed. Care shall be taken to remove all damp, grease, cement dust and oil from all faces of conduit and accessories prior to jointing.


Conduits shall be entered fully into box spouts and butted into couplers, other than expansion couplers, for jointing purposes.

Screwed PVC conduit shall not be used unless specifically called for or when the PVC conduit is to be connected to metal equipment, conduit and fittings with screwed entries. Where such entries are not available, non-screwed male bushes and couplers shall be used.

Nối ống giản nở khi những đoạn ống thẳng chạy quá 8m, khoảng trống bên trong đầu nối không vượt quá 10mm giữa các đầu cuối ống dẫn điện. Một hệ thống tương tự sẽ thực hiện khi ống dẫn đi ngang qua các mối nối giãn nở ở bất kỳ tình trạng nào và ống nối giãn nỡ sẽ nong các mối nối.Expansion couplers shall be used where straight runs of conduit exceed 8m. Within such couplers a space of not less than 10mm shall be allowed between the ends of the conduit. The solvent adhesive used in such joints shall allow for movement caused by expansion without affecting the water-tightness of the joint. A similar system shall be employed when conduits cross building expansion joints in any situation and the couplers shall span the joints.

Bán kính ống đổi hướng không được dùng trực tiếp gia nhiệt ống cho việc đổi hướng, phải tuân theo yêu cầu nhà sản xuất.All bends shall be made using the correct size spring. Conduit sizes of 25 mm and below may be set cold but all larger sizes shall be set hot. A pipe vice shall not be used during this or any other operation. The radius of any conduit bend shall not be used directly to heat conduit for bending purposes and the manufacturer’s recommendation should be followed.

Thanh đệm bằng PVC, việc gắn thanh đệm như thể ống gắn vào thiết bị không nối. Full spacer bar saddles shall be PVC with bases. The fixing s shall be such that the conduits may be taken into accessories without sets or bends.

3.9. Lắp đặt ống thép mềmInstallation of flexible steel conduits connections

Việc nối với thiết bị điện bằng cáp bọc PVC đi trong ống, cuối đầu nối qua đoạn ống thép mền, dây dẫn bảo vệ theo tiêu chuẩn CP 5 và BS 6004 Tiêu chuẩn Cáp đồng bọc PVC không giáp. Cáp dùng cho chiếu sáng không nhỏ hơn 2.50mm2, đi bên ngoài ống mền và nối điểm nối chờ sẵnConnections to electric fixed equipment shall be by means of PVC cables in conduits, with the final connection being made by flexible metal conduit and suitable adapters. A separate circuit protective conductor copper cable in accordance with CP 5 and BS 6004 - Specification for PVC-


insulated cables (non-armoured) for electric power and lighting of not less than 2.5mm2 run outside the flexible tube and solidly connected at each tube termination shall be provided.

Lắp đặt ống mền trong phòng bơm là ống kim loại chống thấm, Vỏ bọc PVC với dây dẫn bảo vệ mạch ngoàiFlexible conduits installed in water pump rooms and the like shall be of the metallic watertight pattern, PVC oversheathed and with a separate solidly connected external circuit protective conductor.

3.10. Lắp đặt đường ốngInstallation of cable trunking

Đường ống sẽ kết nối với bích đầu cuối, chi tiết này được bắt bulông trực tiếp nối vào tủ phân phối.Trunking shall be terminated with end flanges which shall be bolted direct to distribution boards or apparatus.

Each joint shall have a tinned copper link bolted to each adjacent trunking to ensure electrical continuity. All frayed and sharp edges shall be removed from trunking before installation.

Trunking shall be drilled on site.

All hangers and support for cable trunking shall be galvanized. 3.11. Lắp đặt cáp va thang cáp

Installation of cable trays/ladders

Cáp và thang cáp loại nhún kẽm gắn dươi đà hoặc sàn v.v… Cable trays/ladders shall be supported from the soffit of structural slab, beams, etc., by heavy duty hot-dipped galvanized steel brackets.

Khoảng cách giá đỡ của thang hoặc máng phụ thuộc vào kích cở cáp. Nhưng không được qúa 1.5m để đảm bảo không bị độ võng vượt qua 1.500 với tất cả các loại cáp.Tray/ladder supports shall be spaced according to the number and size of cables being carried on the tray, but nowhere shall they exceed 1.5m intervals to ensure that tray sag does not exceed 1:500 with all cables.

Cáp đặt trên thang hay máng phẳi được sắp xếp gọn và chắc chắn, dây buột cáp khoảng cách không vướt qúa 1m.Cables installed on cable trays/ladders shall be neatly arranged and secured to the cable trays by cable ties at intervals of not exceeding 1m.

3.12. CápCables

Nhà thầu có trách nhiệm cung cấp, lắp đặt, kiểm tra và vận hành các đoạn cáp cũng như các phụ kiện.The Contractor shall include for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all cables and accessories as specified herein.

Tất cả các loại cáp phải theo tiêu chuẩn Anh.All cables shall be manufactured to the appropriate British Standards Specification.

Cáp bọc PVC có khả nắng chống cháy.All PVC shall be flame-retardant.

Dòng tải của cáp dựa theo tiêu chuẩn CP 5 thích hợp cho điều kiện môi trường địa phương.The current carrying capacity shall be in accordance with CP 5 Wiring Regulations with rating adjusted to suit local conditions.

3.13. Cáp bọc PVCPvc insulated cables

Các loại cáp bọc PVC theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6004 cáp bọc PVC. Điện áp chịu được 600/1000 Volts.


All PVC insulated cables shall consist of annealed copper conductor complying with BS 6004 Specification for PVC-insulated cables (non-armoured) for electrical power & lighting. The rated voltage of the PVC cables shall be 600/1000 Volts.

Chọn lựa cáp theo tiêu chuẩn CP 5. Cáp nhỏ nhất là 2.5mm2 cho mạch điện nhỏ.Cables shall be rated in accordance with CP 5 Wiring Regulations. Minimum cable size shall be 2.5mm2 for small power or control circuits.

Dây dẫn trung tính màu đen, còn lại màu Đỏ, Vàng, Lục hay Lam chỉ định cho các pha. Neutral conductors shall have black insulation and live or phase conductors, red, yellow or blue insulation with phase identification sleeves at each termination.

Các loại cáp phải được kiểm tra và có giấy phép chứng nhận của loại kiểm tra của PSB .All cables shall pass PSB type tests and batch tests or approved under PSB quality certification scheme.

Cables shall be enclosed in conduit or trunking in accordance with CP 5 Wiring Regulations of Electrical Equipment of Buildings for capacities of conduits and space factor for capacities of trunking. All wiring shall be carried out on the loop-in system and the wires drawn into the conduits after the whole of the installation has been completed.

Cáp kéo không được nối.Joints or connectors shall not be installed in wiring cables.

3.14. Cáp lõi mềmFlexible cords

Cáp mền làm việc ở điện áp 300/500V theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6500. Dây dẫn đồng nhiều lõi, chịu nhiệt cao, cách điện PVC chống cháy.


Flexible cords shall be 300V/500V grade to BS 6500 Specification for insulated flexible cords & cables. It shall be multi-stranded copper conductors, high temperature, PVC insulated with flame retardant white circular PVC sheath.

Cơ cáp nhỏ nhất là 2.5mm2.Minimum size of conductor shall be 2.5mm2.

3.15. Cáp PVC bọc giápPvc insulated armoured cables

Vỏ bọc PVC, cách điện PVC có bọc giáp (PVC/SWA/PVC) làm việc ở mức điện áp 600/1000V theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6346 – Tiêu chuẩn cáp cách điện PVC. PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Steel Wire armoured, PVC sheathed cables (PVC/SWA/PVC) shall be to 600V/1000V grade to B.S. 6346 - Specification for PVC

It shall be stranded, shaped, copper conductor cores of equal cross section and colour coded insulation.

3.16. Cáp M.I.C.SM.I.C.S. cables

Cáp M.I.C.S. và phụ kiện như ống luồn cáp v.v… chịu được điện áp 1000V theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6207 – Tiêu chuẩn cáp đồng cách điện bằng khoáng chất. Phụ kiện tiêu chuẩn 6081 – Tiêu chuẩn phụ kiện đấu nối cho công nghiệp nặng. Cáp M.I.C.S. và phụ kiện được sản xuất bởi nhà sản xuất thích hợp và có uy tín.

All M.I.C.S. cables and cable accessories, glands, etc. shall be 1000V grade to BS 6207 - Specification for mineral insulated copper sheathed cables with copper conductors and fittings to BS 6081 - Specification for terminations for mineral-insulated cables suitable for heavy duty industrial applications. All M.I.C.S. cable fittings and accessories shall be manufactured by the appropriate cable manufacturer and only one make of cable shall be used.

3.17. Cáp chống cháyFire resistant cables

Cáp chống cháy theo tiêu chuẩn BS 6387 – Tiêu chuẩn cáp làm việc trong môi trường lửa.All fire resistant cables shall comply with BS 6387 - Specification for performance requirements for cables required to maintain circuit integrity under fire conditions. Cáp lõi đơn, không bọc giáp, làm việc ở điện áp 450/750V. Cáp bọc XLPE, EPR chịu được nhiệt độ nhỏ nhất 800c vỏ bọc bên ngoài màu đen hay cam.


They shall be single-core, unarmoured cables rated at 450/750V, each comprising stranded, circular annealed copper conductor, MICA tape fire barrier, insulation of XLPE, EPR or other special fire resistant compound with continuous temperature rating of min. 850C and an extruded oversheath of PVC in orange or black colour.

4. Lắp đặtInstallation

Phần cáp thuộc lưới điện chôn âm dưới nền do nhà thầu phụ lắp đặt và sau đó bàn giao lại cho điện lực hay những người có trách nhiệm khác, phải tuân theo bản sao cùng của quyển “Tiêu chuẫn kỹ thuật cho lưới điện ngầm trong tòa nhà và khu công nghiệp”.Cables which forms part of underground network to be installed by the Sub-Contractor and subsequent handover to either PowerGrid, HDB or other relevant authorities shall comply with the latest edition of PowerGrid’s “Guideline & Material Specification for Underground LT Network in Housing & Industrial Estates”.

4.2. Cáp bọc PVCPvc insulated cables

Nơi yêu cầu lắp đặt cáp vỏ bọc PVC được chỉ định trên bản vẽ, nhà thầu phụ có nhiệm vụ cung cấp có nhiệm vụ cung cấp các dụng cụ và thiết bị cần thiết như ống, giá đỡ, thang cáp v.v… đảm bảo tín hiệu quả nhất cho công việc được mô tả trong bản vẽ hợp đồng phụ.Where PVC cables are indicated on the Sub-Contract Drawings, the Sub-Contractor shall provide all the necessary sleeves, trays, conduits, supports and cable trunking, glands, shrouds, end boxes, clamps, compounds specialist tools, etc., necessary to install and make off the cables in accordance with good engineering practice and as hereunder specified and shown on the Sub-Contract Drawings.

Cables run horizontally, shall be properly supported and cleated at intervals not exceeding 2m directly to the cable ladder/tray. Where cables are installed vertically, they shall be cleated at distances not exceeding 1m.

4.3. Cáp bọc giáp (PVC/SWA/PVC)Armoured cables (pvc/swa/pvc)

Cáp kéo tới ống đệm cáp, miếng đệm hình nón dẫn cáp vào và giữ cố định bằng kẹp. Miếng đệm cáp có làm bằng PVC làm chậm cháy.Cables shall be terminated in a gland fitted with an armour clamp. The gland body shall be provided with an internal conical sealing to receive the armour clamping cone and a clamping nut which shall secure the armour clamping cone and conical armour seating. A flame retardant PVC shroud shall be fitted to cover the gland body.

4.4. Cáp M.I.C.SM.I.C.S. cables

Cáp sẽ được bao bọc ngay sau khi cắt. Đoạn cáp đạt tối thiểu 10M khi kiểm tra ở điện áp 1000V D.C. Người thiết kế phải kiểm tra cáp suốt quá trình lắp đặt đến cuối thời gian bảo hành. Bất kỳ một đoạn cáp nào không đạt yêu cầu mức cách điện phải thay thế bởi nhà thầu phụ và có biên bản kiểm tra.Cables shall be sealed immediately after cutting. All cable shall give a minimum of 10M when tested on a 1000 V d.c. Megger immediately and 48 hours after sealing. The Project Manager reserves the right to test all cables during installation and up to the end of the maintenance period. Any cables not giving a satisfactory insulation level shall be resealed or if considered necessary by the Project Manager, replaced by the Sub-Contractor to obtain a satisfactory test reading.

Where M.I.C.S. cables are installed during building construction and may be liable to mechanical damage, they shall be provided with adequate temporary protection in the form of sheet steel troughs or by other acceptable method. Damaged cables not so protected shall be replaced by the Sub-Contractor at his own cost.

4.5. Ống luồng cáp, cáp nhiều lõi chống cháy Cable pipe sleeves, multi-cable transits and fire stopping

Vị trí cáp xuyên tư ờng, sàn hay vách ngăn, được bảo vệ ống luồn bởi nhà thầu phụIn certain places, where cables pass through floors, walls or other partitions, pipe sleeves shall be supplied and set in position by the Sub-Contractor.

5. Phụ kiện dây dẫn:Wiring accessories


Nhà thầu phụ phải cung cấp và lắp đặt dây bao gồm: công tắc đèn, công tắc cho các thiết bị, cầu chì .v.v… những phần liên quan đến công việc.The Sub-Contractor shall supply and install the wiring accessories, including lighting switches, switches for electrical appliances, fused spur units, etc., which form part of the Works.

Tất cả phụ kiện dây dẫn phải tuân theo đúng những quy định trong phần này.All wiring accessories shall fully comply with this Section.

Tất cả phụ kiện dây dẫn phải tuân theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của Singapore hay AnhAll wiring accessories shall comply with the appropriate Singapore or British Standard.
